Great service from start to finish. Porch is exactly what we wanted, great product, professionally and quickly installed.

From start to finish the service was top notch. Fraser, sales team, gave good suggestions and mock-ups. He never pushed for the contracts to be signed, left us alone to think about what we were purchasing and responded timely to all our queries.

The installation team did a fantastic job. The early starts at 7.45am suited us well. They were very tidy and respectful, dust sheets and covering so our house has very little dust. I never felt I had to clean up after each day! They were quick and efficient. The house looks amazing with the new windows. Thank you Hazlemere!

Beyond pleased with the entire experience we had with hazlemere windows. Every part was great. Firstly Kevin the salesman, a very pleasant man who knew what he was talking about but didn’t try and push us into anything. Then Michael the surveyor, a friendly chatty man who talked us through the process while measuring up the job. Then the 2 fitters. I can’t remember the main chaps name but he was very good. Again the communication was just right. Thoroughly explaining wha he was doing and giving us choices so the job could be finished perfectly for us. Not just doing what he thought was right. His helper Adam was also great. Very friendly and and left our house cleaner than when then started. The cherry on the cake is the products. They look and feel good quality. We can see clearly through our windows and feel secure with our new front door. Very pleased and would100% recommend to anyone wanting a quality job.

We needed a new front door. We have been very happy with every aspect of the service from Hazelmere. The initial visit from Owen was so helpful in clarifying what we were looking for & then the follow up visit to the showroom enabled us to confirm our decision & the price. Owen had everything ready but took time to run through all the options so we were sure. He also had a very clever computer print of how the new door would look on our house. The survey was arranged very quickly & the installation could not have gone better, the 2 guys were so efficient & polite & did a really great job. Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service from beginning to end from Fraser who came and discussed my options and to the guy, i cant remember his name sadly who came and measured up - very professional and knowledgeable. And to Jake and Josh who were great - my new back door has finished off my house with perfection. Never thought i could love a door so much but i do. Thanks very much guys - you are the best!!

Excellent company to deal with from the initial sales process right through to completion of the installation. The quality of the windows stands out and the two French windows are superb. They are thoroughly professional, courteous and friendly.

Took time to understand our requirements and made sure we were happy before an order was placed. The installation was very smooth, the installation team very nice and professional. Aftercare has been very good and any snags have been dealt with and sorted in a timely manner.

Absolutely love our new windows. The whole process was brilliant, from Sean the sales guy, to the fitters on the day. Personable, friendly and very efficient/tidy workers.
We also had a weird and wonderful bespoke window needed as it's an old cottage. They made it seem effortless.

I have used Hazlemere in the past to replace some windows, a patio door and front door.
I was extremely pleased with the company and the product.
So wanting to replace four more windows went straight back to Hazlemere.
The service was amazing and I had the windows fitted after a very short time after the survey.
