Happy with my purchase

Took around 8/9 days to come. Great price and it’s beautiful. Cant wait to give it to my niece for her 21st birthday.

Excellent

Excellent! My dad recently passed away. My husband ordered me a bracelet with the word dad on it. It’s so lovely. I wear it everyday and absolutely love it. It’s really well made and just so dainty and pretty. The customer service was excellent and each piece is handmade to order and it really didn’t take very long at all. Such a lovely piece from a great company will definitely use again

The process to order was easy

The process to order was easy, and the delivery was fast I did not have to chase them up. I ordered a customize jewelry and when I received it the quality was very good and I really loved it. I will order from them again in the future.

I bought a bracelet for my wife to give…

I bought a bracelet for my wife to give her on our wedding day and she absolutely loved it! The customer service is second to none here and they are genuinely interested in their customers. The bracelet is beautiful and came in very quick time. Lovely box too. I highly recommend HBD jewelry!

Communication after receiving the item…

Communication after receiving the item was poor / none existent. I asked for some advice (by emailing hello @ hbdjewellery on the 10th Sept 2026) and got ignored

Great gift

Absolutely loved my personalised necklace. I ordered it as a gift for a friend and was lovely . The quality is great, the personalisation made it feel really special and it was exactly what I was looking for. My friend absolutely loved it too🎀

Take into account and additional cost…

Take into account and additional cost of €40 when trying to order into the EU. That was not well indicated on the website.

Hi Matthias, we pay all taxes and duties for all countries that our shipping provider offers, which includes most of the EU, USA and more.

For countries that we do not offer duties is a clear warning banner above the add to cart button indicating duties / taxes are due.

Unfortunately Belgium is one of the countries that does not allow us to cover the duties with our shipping provider. Here is a link to see the warning for Belgium:

Whereas for countries that allow us to pay duties, we display a message explaining duties/taxes are covered, an example is shown below (above the add to cart button):

Gorgeous Gift

I bought a beautiful bracelet as a gift for a friend and both the bracelet and service was great. The bracelet itself felt really special and made for the perfect gift.

The whole experience was fantastic, from ordering through to delivery. Everything was beautifully presented, and the quality was excellent.
