I love the product and all the other products I have purchased. I will purchase again. I am already looking for stocking stuffers. Beautiful but not tacky.

On May 28, 2026, I purchased a Paris Name Necklace in Gold Plating from Theo Grace for $94.29. At checkout, the website stated that the most popular necklace length was 18–20 inches, and a diagram showed how the necklace would hang. Based on that information, I purchased the recommended length.
When I received the necklace, it was much longer than expected and did not match the length depicted on the website. I contacted customer support and was informed that, despite the company's refund and exchange policy, which states the following:
"If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, new, unworn items can be returned to Theo Grace within 100 days of delivery. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, they may only be returned for an exchange or store credit."
I was told that I would have to purchase an extended warranty for an additional $16.46 before the company would even consider shortening the chain, even though the adjustment would simply involve removing a small portion of the chain from each end.
In my opinion, this is a classic "bait and switch." The product was marketed in a way that led me to expect a very different fit, and when it arrived, I was asked to pay an additional fee to correct what I believe was a misleading presentation.
Would I recommend Theo Grace? Absolutely not. The company is reportedly owned by Nicky Hilton, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I expected better customer service and a willingness to stand behind the way the product was represented to customers. Save your money. Truly not worth the waste of time back and forth with their customer disservice. Fortunately, I only lost $94.29.

Rory silver personalised bracelet. Paper clip style links with small ingot shaped ‘charms’ block engraved personalised. Only one size of bracelet and it’s too small for an adult, don’t waste your money. I’m going to have to have my local jewellery shop solder the charms on my other bracelet. The bracelet itself is TINY, feels such a waste of money. I would have returned it but for the personalisation. So disappointed. It also took a long time to be delivered and was from abroad. Shop elsewhere or save your money.

Bracelet i received wasn't engraved with quality, very disappointed. Clasps are very weak and no scope to remove more links. Only the removable ones. Looks like i will chalk this down as a mistake order and will be staying in the box

I bought a personalised necklace for my cousin for her 40th birthday. It arrived today and is beautiful. It appears to be of good quality with a box chain. The names and birthstones are beautiful. It came in a lovely box, and was well packaged. I cannot comment on the longevity of it, but I love it, and so does my cousin.

I purchased a ring with my grandchildren's names engraved on it. The ring is pretty and very comfortable, but the engraving is so faint that you can't read it at all.
