I received a defective product and have been trying to contact customer service.

I reached out to the help email 7 days ago, with another follow 3 days ago, and finally another one today.

Just trying to arrange a prepaid shipping label for the return (which shouldn't come at my cost).

Goods arrived very quickly which was a plus, but follow-up communication has been poor.

EDIT: Thanks to customer service for following up -- turns out all the responses were going to gmail's spam folder. Updating to 4 stars (for in reality a prompt reply) and will update again once the issue is resolved. Thanks @HBX

Can someone reach out to me. I was charged three times for the same order and received two of the same sneakers in the wrong size.

I bought a jacket for £531.39 from hbx that arrived in a shocking state and asked for a refund I recieved £493.80 a difference of £37.59,so to order a jacket I never kept cost me £40 disgrace you couldnt cover the full refund avoid avoid avoid,The excuse will be taxed or exchange rates but that isnt my fault,Why should I be out of pocket,Its should be hbx who make the difference up,Its was them who sent me faulty goods they should be out of pocket not me,Do not purchase any goods from these at any cost.

Love it, after purchased wrong size of my shoe, I reported to HBX, they refund my money within a week before order was shipped out

I recently purchased a Cult Gaia clutch which was sold out everywhere and I was thoroughly impressed with the prompt delivery and quality of item.
It was true to description and was packaged extremely well. Considering it was shipped from Hong Kong to Australia, it only took a week to arrive.
Would definitely purchase again from HBX.

I'm a real person in Tucson, AZ. I was a little worried about ordering from here because of mixed reviews. I wanted a pair of shorts for my teenager's birthday. Decided to go for it because the price was right and the shorts are hard to find. My order came very quickly! Was exactly what I ordered and beautifully packaged. I would definitely shop here again.

I Ordered a Pleasures mask and sweatshirt. Express shipping was no joke. I placed my order on 7/26 and it arrived today, 7/28, at around 10AM.
Everything was packaged great. Came with a Thank You post card, printed receipt and sticker.

I placed a order 7/14/2020 I received a empty box 7/17/2020 with a envelope in the box nothing else I’ll never order again from them I emailed them no response yet and they don’t have a phone number I also did a claim with fedex and called my bank this is a fraud Company company

Ordered something to the US on Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday amidst a PANDEMIC?! Crazy fast international delivery that's even faster than some domestic orders I've had. Items are legit and customer service is prompt with a live chat option available as well - will shop here again!

Jun 19, 2020, i purchased an item on HBX and was unable to use their promotional code . I emailed hbx and I received an automated reply about corona .

My Next issue, HBX sends me a fed ex message telling me id receive my item on 6/20/20 and currently I am still awaiting my item . Fedex says they are unaware of when I will receive my purchase because its held up at customs . As of yet I haven't got a response to any of my emails to HBX

I will never shop at this store AGAIN . I am presently talking with FED Ex and I filed a resolution compliant with paypal. I advise you to be aware of companies you cannot call and please research the company before purchasing an item. I've learned my lesson . I will update you guys on when my package arrives or when paypal issues me a refund for my HBX purchase

Please also note that the pricing on BAPE's website is offered to the Japan market. In this case, unfortunately, we're unable to price match the product.

Purchased a pair of sunglasses for $800, turns out they are overselling it 20%, was not happy that I overpaid, waiting for Valerie to get back, it’s now Thursday. I also went to their site to find the return and exchange section. I enter my email and couldn’t find anything return address. After reading reviews about customer service experience I really don’t think they can really help me, it feels like the run around. It seems like on review like bbb or trustpilot that they respond. I wish they can improve on their lack of follow up and customer service, they don’t get any feedback when you email them. Let’s see if this helps.

I have ordered many times from HBX, I have never been disappointed. The last time my order arrived late and the bag was torn wide open, but this was during the height of the pandemic and the product arrived in perfect condition. Their $9 intl. shipping is a miracle. Sometimes my order arrives 48-72 hrs after placing it. Solid place to shop from, I highly recommend HBX to anyone looking for great prices on luxury fashion.
