Don't buy from this company.
Don't buy - this company does not ship items but charges your card. 6/25/23 I receive a message that the order has shipped (order #2272666) - As of today (7/2/23) the order is still at "label created" but Fedex has not received the order. I email them and get no response. I'm guessing they are waiting now for the shoes to arrive at their warehouse so they can then ship them out???

a very fraudulent site / store - DONT BUY FROM THEM
very terrible company to work with. i placed an order on 21st June i got tracking for the item on 23rd june and on 24th June the shipment was canceled by the sender. i reached out to them to find out why and all my emails and their live chat feature that i’ve been using have been completely ignored. my money hasn’t been refunded and the item hasn’t been shipped either. all attempts to reach this company has been futile. Avoid this company at all costs their thieves.

I made a purchase of 4 pairs of tennis shoes and only 2 arrived. I called FedEx and they told me that they had only received one box and well, what is going to happen to my other two pairs of shoes because in the resivo only 2 the two that were delivered to me appear, but they charged me for the 4 and there is no other order for my two missing pair

I ordered a stone island jacket but was…
I ordered a stone island jacket but was far to big for me. They said it’s easy returns and to print out return form from my order. However every time I went into my order there was no return form. Had to contact them several times over several days. Before someone got back to me with a email and attachment for return form.
I have since filled it out and returned jacket back to Hong Kong costing a lot of money. They have received the item as I have checked on Royal Mail tracker on Wednesday. I have since not had and contact, email telling me it’s been accepted or any sort of refund. Avoid this company at all costs if you live in the uk.

Great Experiences so far! been years buying with them
Having great experiences with HBX for a while. Whats great about being a level 5 member is that I have a personal shopping and Ryuchi has been awesome!
Shipping and delivery is much faster after covid. Would recommend to anyone.

There are three reasons why HBX is used.
1. Price (tax included payment and sale price are good)
2. Delivery processing speed
(It's not DHL, but it's great.)
From a Korean perspective, it is fast worldwide at the earliest.)
