I ordered $660 , The size was so so so small not an original size!!! I ship it back and they only refund $590(They charge $70 for return) , It’s terrible company , not buy it again!!!!

I purchased this item from the Mens tab…
I purchased this item from the Mens tab as a size M. Without measurements provided on the listing, I typically am a M in Rick Owens outerwear. However, when the item arrived, I realize that this measures as a Womens M. Shoulder is only 16” across and pit to pit is only 18”. I could not even get my arms thru the sleeve.
HBX promises to answer emails within 24 hours, only to hear back after my second email beyond the 24 hour time frame.
Long story short, sloppy listing layouts, spotty policies and lost my money.
I’d much prefer outlets such as cettire and ssense as listings are clear, along with reliable customer service.

Rip off and no return address anywhere to be seen!!
I cannot for the life of me, find the return address for the UK. It’s nowhere on the website, the app, any of the paperwork, on the return note I printed out. I have emailed and they just send me to the same place where there is no UK return address (or any return address) I will never buy from this place again. When I was checking out it said the cost meant there was no charge for delivery but the final price was £33 more than the cost of the trainers. Now I will lose that extra £33 and also have to pay to return them if I ever find the return address to send them back. Never again!!

Worst experience ever
used to purchase from them and they used to be good. I don;t know what happened but their shipping & service is so horrible now. Purchased my shoes on 5 Nov 2022, and it is now 4 Dec 2022, a month later, and my shoes are still not delivered to me and nowhere to be found. Mind you, this is a shipment from Hong Kong to Singapore that can usually take 2-3 days with Fedex or DHL (which is what their website says they use). But instead, they use a Crane Shipping which last updated their tracking update of my parcel on 10 Nov, and then no updates whatsoever ever since.
Their customer service on live chat isn't of any much help too. They keep saying they will check, but are unable to provide an answer as to which part of the world my parcel is at either. Will definitely not purchase from HBX again.

HBX order #2157162 - price adjustment
HBX have a policy to have full price product price adjustment within 7 days if have price drop.
1)Oct 22,2022- order placed with full price purchase
2)Oct 23,2022,started 20%off of flash sale and the item I have purchased was included
3) Oct 23 and 28 sending email with the request for price adjustment. No one response !
So could anyone giving the proper response? Will be appreciated ! Customer service of HBX is pretty weak for the prompt reply!!!!!
Please note I have already replied email still no response !! Order number is already on it, would you mind if you guys have checked ?????

Buyers Beware if you're ordering outside of HK
I ordered an Acne shirt to be delivered to the US. When the package arrived, the contents were not what I purchased at all…flamingo-themed paper plates, napkins, balloons. I thought it was a joke, clearly a mistake where items must have been swapped, likely in the country of origin (as the scan codes had Chinese characters). I immediately contacted HBX. Over the course of two weeks, I followed up continuously with HBX and FedEx. HBX's investigation claimed that CCTV confirmed the correct item was fulfilled. It really is their word against yours. Because a package was delivered (albeit not what I purchased at all), I have no recourse with FedEx nor under my credit card purchase protection plan.
Just FYI for customers ordering from the US…if a similar situation happens to you, the burden of proof is on the customer even though they are just on the receiving end of the chain. I ended up having to eat the $171 cost. The experience gave me a bad impression of HBX and I will not be ordering from them in the future.

My experience was pretty smooth and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Ordered a bag to NY (it was sold out everywhere in the world and only had 5 in stock in hbx) and it came within a week, or so. I googled them and seems like they’re a respectable shopping mall in Hong Kong. I would purchase again.

Excellent Transaction
I was looking to purchase a certain MM6 Maison Margiela sweater. I came across HBX, and was initially reluctant to make the transaction as the seller was based in Hong Kong and I’m in the United States. I took a chance, and am thrilled that I did. Excellent price on a fantastic item.
Shipping was fast and well documented with a tracking number. There were no suspicious fees or charges. I would definitely recommend this site.

Fast Ship/Response BUT Misleading Price
Recently placed an order that came to a total of $391.17NZD (inclusive of tax and shipping) as stated on the HBX site. But my credit card was charged $433.09NZD (excluding offshore service margin by the bank).
This is a MASSIVE mislead in price, when there is over $40NZD difference ($50 once you factor the bank service margin). Seems HBX’s conversion is extremely off or they are getting some terrible rates.
If you are charging USD, then show an accurate USD price breakdown, rather than a highly inaccurate NZD conversion. I’d understand if it was a few dollars off or so but this was huge. People expect that the price shown is what they’ll be charged.
Customer service didn’t offer any resolution and shifted blame onto the bank, but were quick to respond. Order was made 26 June and item arrived 1 July, which I will say was incredibly quick shipping.
Though I still have trust issues with their pricing. Not sure if I’d shop with them in the future, unless I am willing to factor in an extra $40-50 on top.
Horrible
Horrible. The customer service representative didn’t help me and only caused more dissatisfaction. My shoe box came labeled as a size “10” in women’s and a size “8” in mens, while the website stated otherwise. Got the wrong size, and it was final sale so I couldn’t even return it. This was not made clear and can be confusing for customers. Frustrating. Never shopping here again. Don’t waste your money!

The delivery and email reply was fast but that's about it. One of the item was on sale only 3 days after my purchase therefore I ask for a price match. The way they do price match is done unfairly comparing to other online retailers I've shopped from. Its not price matched on the item but rather on the whole purchase?! And also when I made my purchase I chose to display in my currency but the difference to what I paid in the end is USD$80 which is huge. Would never purchase from this company again due to the whole bad process and experience.
