Just brilliant…
I wasn’t sure what to expect but my consult with Erin was just marvellous!
She was well informed, empathetic and very professional whilst being friendly and so easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions and set me up with a great doctor. I really thought things would be much more difficult but seriously, if you think this is for you I can’t imagine anyone doing it better than Healing Leaves… just brilliant.

Hi Jamie, we do not require you to log in to book. Click any "Book Now" button on the website to get started, or simply visit the link and choose a time. https://healingleaves.com.au/consults/follow-up-consult
After booking through the new system you'll be given an account. This is stated on the Log in page, with the message "Only patients who have booked through our new booking system will have an account."
If you have any further issues, our support team are here to help via email and phone 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

This clinic knows that once you are their patient, you can't go to another doctor without a "discharge letter"
They will not give you this discharge letter, make up crazy amounts you have to pay them to get a discharge letter.
They know you can't go anywhere else and own you

We believe there has been some confusion here, and we would like to clarify a few important points.
Patients are welcome to discharge from our clinic at any time. We do not lock patients in, nor do we prevent them from seeking care elsewhere.
Due to the regulated nature of our clinic, a discharge letter is required only when a patient is actively under our care and wishes to transfer immediately to another clinic. This is a standard clinical and compliance requirement, not a restriction imposed by us.
If you have not had an appointment with our clinic in over six months, a discharge letter may not be required, depending on the patient and treatment history.
We do not “own” patients, and we do not charge “crazy amounts” to prevent patients from leaving. Any applicable fees are clearly outlined, relate only to administrative processing when required, and are consistent with industry standards.
We take feedback seriously, and if something has been misunderstood or communicated poorly, we would genuinely like the opportunity to look into this properly for you. Please contact our clinic directly so we can review your specific situation and provide you with accurate answers.
We are always happy to help clarify next steps.
Horrible clinic and an insolent doctor
HEALING LEAVES IS THE WORST CLINIC AND HAS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO. What a terrible clinic! The doctor Omar treated me with no care, no compassion and like I was a criminal for using alternative therapies. I had to prove my mental health condition by producing a psychiatrist report to the nurse. My first appointment was on Christmas Eve and after I was judged and treated with utter contempt by the doctor, he did not inform me of how or where I can get my script dispensed so I go unmedicated until the 5th of January. I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I have received. The doctor was more concerned about being audited by TGA instead of caring for his patients. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor before. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this clinic needs to be shut down!

As an Australian healthcare clinic, we operate under strict clinical, regulatory, and privacy obligations to ensure patient safety and appropriate care at all times. These obligations sometimes require additional documentation and screening to ensure you are eligible.
Your appointment occurred during the Christmas period. Our clinic closure dates were communicated well in advance across multiple channels, and reduced availability across healthcare services and pharmacies during this time is common nationwide. Pharmacy opening hours are determined independently, and unfortunately fall outside our control. We strongly encourage patients to plan ahead during public holidays and seasonal closures where possible.
We are unable to discuss individual appointments, clinicians, or medical decisions in a public forum. However, we take feedback seriously and invite you to contact our support team directly if you would like your concerns reviewed and assistance provided in an appropriate and confidential manner.
Our clinic remains committed to respectful, professional care and to meeting all Australian healthcare and regulatory standards. We hope to speak to you soon.
Healing leaves is fabulous
ive been with healing leaves for over 2 years now. I switched from dispensed as their ordering process was expensive and difficult. Healing leaves has been amazing, the nurses are so lovely and helpful. The customer service team is also lovely and helpful when i've had to call about concerns. Healing leaves has fixed those concerns immediately. Their products are affordable and they 100% advocate for their patients. I recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve tried to use 3 different companies… healing leaves is easy the best
I’ve tried to use 3 different companies to seek medical attention for my condition, however the other 2 companies would not prescribe me! I wasted a few hundred dollars on the consultation fees, knowing they were never going to prescribe in the first place. But healing leaves are super easy to deal with, prices are awesome too! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else
