Excellent and thoughtful service.

Sat 8th August Travel Advice appointment -An Excellent appointment , good clear sound advice given by Karra Nurse at the clinic. She was very knowledgeable of area of travel and what meds were needed ,she was professional and kind. She answered all of our queries really well and gave clear written instructions on administration of tablets before and after our trip. Treatment was very cost effective from the way she worked out the tablets needed .It was a worthwhile consultation . We both feel happy to travel ,knowing we have been given excellent advice.Thank you Karra !

I had a very positive experience at the Superdrug Health Clinic in Wolverhampton. The staff were friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Everything was explained clearly and the service was efficient and well organised. I would definitely recommend the clinic and would use their services again.

Holiday vaccination- our local GP surgery are useless so we decided to go private and get this sorted in a quick efficient way- this is exactly what happened- got an convenient appointment quickly staff support was great as was process and aftercare advice - would recommend although some of this could have been got on the NHS this was more efficient

Great service from Olivia. Appointment started on time and after discussing requirements and current health status a thorough explanation of possible vaccinations was given. Vaccines were administered professionally and painlessly.

Highly recommend Rashidat a nurse at Superdrug Mayflower. She was very patient, empathetic,thorough and friendly. She put me at ease, a very nice experience.

First I was able to get an earwax removal appointment at Superdrug when other providers were booked up 10 days ahead. Booking system was simple. I was seen on time by a helpful nurse. the only problem was that her microsuction machine was out of order so she had to use irrigation but she apologised, explained the process and it was succesful.

I went to the health clinic in Plymouth drake circus with Lisa, she was very knowledgeable and informative and definitely answered all my questions regarding my upcoming trip, highly recommend! Thankyou Lisa ☺️

Went for a consultation with my wife as it was for both of us at the Doncaster store in French gate. The nurse was brilliant and very knowledgable went through a number of things about what we needed to do before we go on holiday. Gave us information about the country and where to find the information online etc. Gave us information we didn’t know before hand so that was handy too. Was very helpful and now we are set for are holiday.

Excellent, as always. I went for a blood sample and the nurse always makes me feel comfortable because she knows I hate needles. It's over quickly, sample is sealed and placed into the envelope provided. All I have to do is take it to the post office. Perfect service.

Extremely professional and felt confident that our travel cover was going to be properly dealt with. Stephen McKenna who was looking after both my husband and I spent time carefully looking through all the information we had about previous vaccinations and he was able to sort out very efficiently our needed updates to give us the very best protection for our safari to Kenya and Zambia. We were very impressed with his care and knowledge and Stephen was able to update our health care details and give us the vaccinations we needed on our visit.

Jessica made me feel at ease with her knowledge regarding the vaccine I required. Jessica was friendly and informative throughout my appointment and remained professional allowing me time to ask questions and answer any concerns. Jessica was kind and reassuring throughout my appointment and is a credit to Superdrug’s clinic.
