HealthEquity has made managing healthcare finances remarkably easy. The entire experience has been professional, helpful, seamless, and genuinely beneficial. The platform is intuitive to navigate, information is easy to find, and using the account for co-pays and other qualified expenses is simple and trackable.

What I appreciate most is the combination of convenience and confidence. Transactions are easy to follow, records are organized, and the system takes what could be a complicated part of healthcare and makes it straightforward. Customer service has also been consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

If I had to assign a code, it would be: 5 stars, zero friction, maximum usefulness.

Megan provided exceptional customer service while helping me understand my FSA receipts and repayments. She also resolved a previous issue I had with logging into the system. Throughout the process, Megan was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and, above all, kind. She is truly an asset to the frontline team and has a wonderful ability to make members feel comfortable and supported. I sincerely appreciate her outstanding service, and she deserves to be recognized and rewarded for a job well done. A lobster dinner sounds like a great start!

The COBRA and Retiree Medical Account reimbursement teams don’t communicate with each other. I pay my premium to HealthEquity and need to present evidence to the Wage Works organization.

Representative was very patient with me. I had problems making an account and he stayed on the phone with me until I successfully made my account. So helpful with my other questions too! Highly recommend!

It was my first experience with Health Equity through a phone transfer to inquire about my HSA account resources that I only became aware of today that was actually moved from CareFirst BlueShield to Health Equity.

The HealthEquity team member on the phone transfer with me (Ref. # 73789979) was patient and very polite and professional in walking me through getting a new account to the HomeEquity website and updating my old address to my current one. Was very pleased with the assistance received.

He answered my questions and guided me as to how to take my issue on my computer or he could do it now. He also helped as to the insurance bill directly to my card.

I've been trying to access my HealthEquity account for over two months. They claim my information isn't verified, despite multiple attempts to fix this on my end.

First, they said they'd mail a verification card. It never arrived.

Then they told me my employer's HR department needed to update my information. My HR team did this and confirmed it was completed on their end.

HealthEquity still said my account wasn't updated. Every representative I spoke to gave me a different explanation for what was wrong or what was needed next.

I was told I'd receive a letter within 30 days. That deadline passed, and I received nothing.

Now they're requiring a notarized form at my own expense, along with an address verification process, all just so they can mail a PIN code to an address that has already been verified — twice. Once by my employer's HR department, and once by HealthEquity itself. This is on top of the fact that they already have my Social Security number, phone number, and email on file. It makes no sense that a mailed PIN to an already-confirmed address is the missing piece, while I'm the one footing the bill to jump through hoops for access to my own account.

Meanwhile, I have over $2,000 sitting in this account that I cannot access. This is money I need, held hostage by a broken verification process, shifting requirements, and inconsistent customer service.

If you're considering HealthEquity for your HSA/FSA, be aware this could happen to you.

It helps to have and receive assistance from customer service reps . that are determined to help as best they can ; that take the time to answer questions and relay thorough information .
Politeness is always a plus , and the young lady that I spoke with very patient and polite . I think that having a service such as this is great ; especially for seniors , who may need a little more guidance and grace.

My experience on this call was excellent and my issue was resolved.

I was getting frustrated trying to understand how to submit multiple expenses. The agent asked me if they do the work and just submit it for me.
They did the work and all done in less that 30 seconds!

I hate this company with every bit of me; took it upon themselves to cancel my card due to their claim of “suspicious activity”!! I was not notified nor did I authorize this… I find out while trying to purchase my medication before a holiday the next day!! They have nothing to offer and they are not any help!! Avoid this company at all costs

Genuinely the worst website experinece Ive ever had on repeated occasions. Im amazed they are ok with how dogshit there system is.

Nancy was a great help. She apparently was unable to confirm whether I was successful, so that was not on her but on your provision of data that she would need to confirm my possible success. I was disappointed with your software's instruction and what it told me was my progress. Your software had fairly poor instruction and function. What a great disappointment. I'm not looking forward to more interaction with your site. I plan to lodge a complaint with Blue Cross Blue Shield about your internet performance.

The staff was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. It was about a 20 minute call since I had lots of questions. They were all answered politely.

Over all my experience with Health Equity has been great. I've been able to invest my health savings account in the stock market and their staff has always been helpful when I call. My only complaint is the AI computer you have to deal with when you first call. AI can never answer my questions and is a total waste of my time.
