On arrival I was greeted with a warm and friendly manner I saw niteen today who was such a lovely gentleman who looked after to all my needs and gave me great advice regarding my ears I've only visited hear 4 u twice and on both occasions 10/10 thank you

Today i had to visit hear 4 u leicester to have ear wax removed...saw Roger treatment carried out by endoscopy suction brilliantly carried out and enlightening he was great at his work...thanks again to the team at hear 4 u would recommend this place to anyone

They were able to book me in on a last minute cancellation appointment which was brilliant as I had just been able to move my work appointments around. I was booked in professionally and they were all really nice. The treatment was carried out to their normal high service and my hearing was instantly better. I would have had to possibly leave it for another week due to work reasons if they hadn't managed to squeeze me in, so I was very grateful.

First time visit to Hear4U, friendly reception staff, very helpful in explaining options. Excellent consultation and explanation of options on day of appointment. I have used the Hinckley Branch when I have trouble with my ears, with earwax, and dry skin. I have always found their services both professional and excellent. I booked online, although you can ring them!

I always have my ear wax removal at Hear4U. I find the staff to be very amiable and caring.

Our son returned from Ireland the day before and had terrible pain, when attempting to clear his ears, on the plane's ascent and descent. We contacted our local branch of Hear4U in Leicester and they saw our son the following morning.
Their care was professional and efficient. Our son had impacted earwax in both ear canals and the staff member was able to successfully clear both our son's ear canals and confirm no damage to his eardrums.
They further gave advice about what over-the-counter and POV medications our son could take to avoid a similar incident.

Thoroughly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Fantastic service, attentive staff. Gentle, professional treatment. I had microsuction for wax removal as I had a cold and it was safer than irrigation. It was comfortable and fast. Wonderful to be able to hear again after a month of not being able to. Staff gave clear instructions on aftercare.

Had my annual hearing aid service with Sukaina and she exemplified why I go to Hear4U. She was friendly and very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough review explaining everything as she went along. I felt very comfortable and confident in her abilities. At the end I cam away with my hearing aids serviced and tuned to my changed needs, as my hearing had degraded slightly. This also included making sure they were fittung well. She also picked up a possible problem which she has referred to the NHS for further investigation.

I saw Cath for the 1st time and was very pleased with her grasp of me problems with the hearing aids.
She carried out the necessary adjustments explaining the progress.
I'm now going to give them a full try this evening.

I was seen on time (no waiting)the staff are very friendly and helpful. The procedure was explained to me by Roger and everything was done very professionally and it’s no problem to come here.
