I’ve now been using my hearing aids for a number of weeks and have been shocked by just how much I’ve been missing. The specialist from Hearbase that worked with me during testing and selection was excellent, knowledgable, and nothing was too much trouble. Great service.

Excellent levels of service, from the moment you walk in the door. The audiologist was friendly, thorough, helpful, full of advice and knowledge. Highly recommend... 5 stars all the way!

Succesful Improvements
My current hearing aids are the second pair that I have purchased from Hearind Aid. My recent purchase (2nd) improved my hearing but I experienced difficulties in certain areas when used in varied situations. My most recent visit to Hearind Base was very productive and after discussions and adjustments to-date have proved to be very successful. Also during my appointment, after difficult the AP was loaded onto my Mobile which has proved to be excellent aid to allowing me to adjust my hearing to my situation. The time spent with me was considerable and my thanks must go in to the effort and understanding of my problem that a successful conclusion was achieved. Many Thanks.

Take your hearing test with Hearbase at KIMS
Following my husband insisting I was going deaf, I booked a test with Hearbase at KIMS and I just had the pleasure of the lovely Hannah telling me my hearing is 20/20. So having spent an easy half hour or so being gently coached through the painless hearing tests I am a very happy customer. Free parking at KIMS, very clean and comfortable consulting rooms, and all the staff I came into contact with being most courteous. Highly recommend taking your hearing test here.

Tanya (audiologist) and Tracy (on reception) at Hearbase in Bexleyheath are really welcoming; I feel very well cared for and I look forward to my visits! I was really impressed with the service…
I was really impressed with the service at Hearbase which I attended recently for a hearing test. Daniela at the Bromley branch was very professional and helpful and gave clear advice about what to do next with my ear condition. I also couldn't believe the test was free as it was very detailed (I was expecting to pay for it!). The session wasn't rushed and I felt like the audiologist did a detailed examination. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks for giving me some good news about my ear too!

Excellent service and care
After having a number of audiologist since I lost my hearing, I was relieved and overjoyed with the service I received (and still receive) at Hearbase. I have no negatives at all with any part of my care, which included a thorough introduction and hearing test, new hearing aid setup to help with certain situations and new moulds. I would heartily recommend them.
