Good Listening!
I have been a customer since 2018, following a sudden hearing loss coupled with a Ménière’s Disease diagnosis in one ear. I have always had excellent service with staff at Hearbase from first telephone contact to audiologists and technicians.Today, Hannah listened carefully to what I had to say and made the necessary tweaks and adjustments to enable me to continue to live my life to the full. I have tried others, but Hearbase are the best in my opinion. Thank you.

Free hearing test with no hard sell to buy a hearing aid
I received an invitation from Hear a se a couple of days ago and thought that I would take them up on it even though I didn’t have a hearing problem , despite being convinced that it was a ploy to sell me a hearing aid.
I went through the hearing test and came back into the office already to get the hard sell.
I did have a slight weakness commensurate with age and that ….. A hearing could be a slight advantage in certain circumstances but that it was not considered necessary at the moment
I was surprised and delighted with the whole test and Sharon Harris the highly skilled audiologist who explained the whole process throughout my thirty minute tes.
I was also told that if I new anyone with a hearing problem of any sort , to suggest that the phone the office and ask for a FREE hearing test, without the fear of a hard sell of an expensive hearing aid
I gave them full marks and would advise people to visit

Having tried other clinics l was very pleased with the professional help and advice from the audiologist at Evegate.Hannah instilled confidence in me with help and the tests very well carried out and explained .IAm grateful for the assistance and understanding of the heating aids ,back up and support in getting the best from the equipment including being able to Hear the television !!and enjoy teaching again with renewed confidence . My 1sr hearing test
I saw Fiona Idriss for my very 1st hearing test. She explained everything excellently and clearly, I never knew that there was so much to understanding hearing loss. I can only describe the whole process as a pleasurable experience and would highly recommend the service.

Went to Bromley Hearbase for wax removal. Faultless: expert, professional and delightful start to finish from reception to seeing the audiologist. Very happy with whole process, which was unhurried. Will return without question as needed.

Bianca is the best
I have been a customer/client for many many years, but I was rather disappointed the last couple of years. Firstly having to negotiate for a better price as I could have had aids at almost £2000 less. It was all sorted, but the turn-over of staff was not good. It took a new very competent audiologist to improve matters at best. Since Bianca arrived things just went along smoothly. I was listened to and Bianca immediately took action and when I came yesterday for my appointment with her to fit the new mould she had made, it blew me away.The difference was unbelievable and I asked her why it had to take two years for it to be adjusted properly. Thanks to Bianca I feel more confident and am very grateful for her attention to explaining every detail! The mould fits perfectly and feels comfortable and above all, does not need replacing which saves money.She achieved what should have been achieved when I first bought the hearing aid two years ago. Don't let her escape as she is an asset to your company. Knowledgeable, very pleasant and competent.

I am more than happy to recommend Sharon at Hearbase, Broadstairs, as the service and aftercare has always been faultless.
I recently decided to upgrade my hearing aid after several years use. Sharon throughly tested my hearing and discussed with me my requirements from a new hearing aid. After showing me different aids we decided on a Oticon Real 2. The fitting and aftercare was seamless and I am very pleased with my choice.
