I can't rate the Hearing Well service highly enough and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this practice. Andrea removed excess wax from both my ears. She is so knowledgeable and exceedingly gentle and reassuring. Her level of expertise and her patience with a very nervous patient were so appreciated. Thank you again Andrea.

Hearing has been going for about 5 years now. Finally bit the bullet and these were within my budget. Very pleased with them so far, TV is clearer and i can hear my wife from the kitchen now which apparently is a mixed blessing ha ha

I would highly recommend you visit Deepak if you have any concerns regarding your hearing. After a full review, I started wearing hearing aids in July. The care and attention to detail and after sales care has been exceptional. Deepak will guide and advise you through the process very kindly with great humour too. Having better hearing has changed my life, I am now able to enjoy busy social situations with ease .

In my experience, the combination of customer care, professionalism, kindness and expertise at Hearing Well in Chiswick is second to none. Since first wearing hearing aids in 2012 I have consulted audiologists from a variety of enterprises, including the big high-street names down to self-employed individuals who visit the home and Hearing Well is in a different league.
I feel that Deepak, who runs the place, is committed to finding the answers to the hearing needs of his customers. He provides the knowledge, technology, personal commitment and support to address my hearing issues and I reckon he will continue to meet my requirements as they inevitably change over time. He isn’t focused on making money but the fulfilment of a dedication to use his enterprise and knowledge to help as many of his fellow humans as he can to hear well - and I’m glad I am one of them.

I returned my aids with full packaging unopened and have been waiting for three weeks for my payment to be repaid and after four emails nothing!!

I went to Hearing Well with persistent tinnitus, wondering if i could get a diagnosis and some insights to improve it. After a full hearing test, Deepak gently explained that i have notable high frequency hearing loss, affecting my ability to hear speech - particularly in noisy environments. Then straight away he gave me some Audibel hearing aids to try. This was actually more shocking than the diagnosis, because they immediately made such a positive difference. I hadn't realised my hearing was so bad.

Deepak kindly lent me hearing aids to try while my own were being prepared. So I walked out of the door an hour or so later hearing better than i had for years. I realise that i have been lip reading for ages - perhaps forever, actually - yet now I am able to hear conversations at the far end of a noisy restaurant dinner table while easily chatting to friends near me. I notice more birdsong and other natural sounds around me and my tinnitus is no longer troublesome.

These hearing aids have given me a super power that i didn't know i needed and didn't know was possible. I wear them all day long in very busy and noisy professional and personal settings. They improve my hearing all the time, with easy adjustments for different environments. They are discrete and easy to wear and charge. I've been wearing them for about three months now - a period that has been full of business travel and busy professional events. Not one person has noticed them - not even family members who know I wear them.

On top of the excellent hearing correction, the hearing aids are connected to all my personal and professional phones and laptops. So i now take calls and attend video conferences without using any other headphones or mikes. Truly liberating. Life enhancing.

Hearing Well provided me with excellent help and service. I had very blocked left ear and was flying out in the afternoon. I called in the morning and explained my situation. Even though the treatment clinic for wax removal was closed on a Tuesday that opened it up especially and saw me at midday. My ear was completely cleared and I was able to fly without any discomfort.

Other reviewers have rightly identified Hearing Well’s excellence and professionalism. I can add to that. Before I went, I’d tried three major high-street ‘chains’. I’ll compare and contrast.

Two standard issues were on my mind. One, was my hearing bad enough to warrant an intervention? And, two, would a hearing aid do the job?

The chains answered neither question. Yes, all three administered the usual sound-tests. The result: a graph, supplemented by two uninformative words: ‘mild’ and ‘moderate’.

But did that ‘loss’ merit the expense of a hearing aid? Or, should I soldier on without? And, could I actually try a hearing aid - to check it made a worthwhile difference?

No, said two of the three. The third: yes - but with factory settings. It did little. After six months of doing the rounds, I was none the wiser.

Hearing Well’s service is different-league. First, its advanced software showed how much my sound-picture had faded, and, how that impacted my life. Second, I could try a hearing aid: fully configured.

A revelation - and both key questions settled. As far as I can tell, the price is industry-standard. The care and expertise: invaluable.

Attended for much-needed ear hard-wax suction service for my Dad who lives with neurological condition. I couldn't rate the service more highly. The treatment was done with quality expertise and care -the calm environment and gentle confidence with accessible knowledge sharing by audiologist Andrea achieved a brilliant result improving Dad's hearing and importantly with content and empowered patient throughout. Wonderful service from Hearing Well! I had quite large wax build ups in both ears and one of them was hard to reach. I was very nervous but the consultant was reassuring, knowledgeable and clearly very skilled. She explained exactly what she was doing and removed both blockages in a comfortable and painless way.
