I waite until the problem with my ears were resolved and waited to make this review untill that was the case...
I went to hearology 8 years ago the NHS who do so many thing wwll merely gave me olive poild for my ears and no joy, I went to hearology and heard better than I could ever remember, I went last month expecting the same but nothing. However the lady I saw said the ear was now perfctly clear it may be a medical problem with the inner ear posible and infection, I saw my GP and he agreed and gave me a course of peneciln and I am back to perfect hearing, Which the penecilen resolved in two days. Also you pointed out a scab on my ear may be skin cancer , The NHS dermatologist agreed and said it was probably ok but I should have it removed and I will have minor surgery next month, With out hearology it would of gone undaignosed, As they could not help me on the day they organised for free a follow up I go tomorrow. I am extremely happy with thei company and will go every two or three years. Excuse the edits i used my phone when it first made the post and felt I should make a review as I was greatly helped

Professional service and attention.

I came back for a follow-up appointment because my previous experience was excellent and the doctor was professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the receptionist completely ruined it. She was rude, impatient, and even asked me, “Do you speak English?” when I didn’t understand her explanation the first time. As a non-native English speaker, I found this extremely disrespectful. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone whose first language is not English.

Of course, I was very pleased to see your response and appreciate that you are taking this matter seriously and following up on it.

However, the reality of what happened and my direct experience were not as you described. The most important measure of service attitude is the customer’s actual experience. As the customer involved, I know exactly how I was treated.

If you choose not to believe my account or acknowledge the facts as I experienced them, then there is little more I can do. I will also share this experience on other social media platforms so that others can understand what happened.

The Specialist talks you through the procedure, which only lasts a few seconds. I heartily recommend Hearology which gives a first class service. Hearology is also easily contactable by phone and the staff helpful.

Felt very relaxed and everything was explained as the procedure was done. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
