Great Follow Up Service
I have used Hearology many times. Until this visit it had been very straightforward with wax being removed and my hearing returning.
This time I needed to return after hearing in one ear did not improve. No wax was found so an ear pressure test was undertaken showing that I had water retained in my ear which would need a GP prescription. A full written diagnosis was provided with suggested treatment and a referral letter for my GP. Abigail was very thorough, explaining very clearly what I needed to do. Excellent service.
