I bought a few items from them, almost all of which I love and wear basically daily. However, there was a pair of earrings that did not want to go into my ears. I don't know if the studs were too thick or my ears had just closed to the smaller size studs I've been wearing, but for whatever reason, the hoops I ordered here would not fit. I reached out and was told that I cannot return them unless it was for store credit. They would not support a return with a refund. Obviously, I searched the website and purchased what I wanted, so store credit would not help me any as I did not need/want any further items. I understand business and that you do not want to lose any money, but I had purchased multiple other items that I was keeping, so it wasn't like they were losing the entire sale. I hope in the future the return process can be improved. As stated previously, I do enjoy my other items and have a necklace I almost never take off from them that has held up well.
