Tanishq Opiniões 

We enrolled Tanishq Revah Golden harvest Scheam Acc. No.165886747 at Nagpur the scheam matured in March 2026, but till date our concern is not addressed inspite of my repeted request . This does not suits to Tanishq culture.

At 580 Peachtree Parkway, city in Atlanta, GA, I purchased a 22k gold chain weighing 10.760 grams on June 29th,2026. Unfortunately, the product suffers from a design defect: immediately after wearing it for the first time I discovered the design flaw where it randomly catch, pull, and break the hair around my neck, causing significant discomfort and physical pain. Because the store closed immediately after my purchase and was subsequently closed for its regular weekly off days, I was unable to return it the following day. I brought the chain back to the store on Wednesday, July 1, 2026,
Upon explaining the situation to Tanishq staff, I was informed that I could exchange the defective chain for a different design. However, the store is requiring me to pay not only for the raw gold weight difference but also the additional making charges, sales tax, and import fees associated with that weight difference.
While I completely understand paying the fair market value for any additional gold weight, but being charged a full suite of manufacturing fees, taxes, and import duties to replace a defective design item is highly unreasonable. This policy penalizes me through no fault of my own. I am not exchanging this because I changed my mind or disliked the design, but because the design defect makes the product painful to wear. Upon emailing Tanishq customercare I have received a case number but nothing has been progressed. Seems like the esteemed business Tanishq leaves their customers with no choice but to suffer for purchasing their defective products.

On June 19, and then on June 23 they had purchased from me 1gm x 3 and 1gmx4 gold coins. However, despite requests and reminders they have not refunded the money to my bank account even after eight days. Their email id / phone numbers etc. are deliberately all wrong, and it took me two days to find their customer care email. It seems they are running / hiding from something.

The staff Mr Mukesh , Mr Gopal , Ms shristi all were very welcoming and eager to help
Unfortunately one of my purchase the bead dropped off ( next two days)and I visited the store to get it exchanged ! That was something which shouldn’t happen as I paid an exorbitant amount for it
Though the staff were very much there to help , the director Mr BABA RAJESH SHANKAR was very rude and sharp, even gave me a lame excuse that this whole thing happened cos I wore it!!!!
My hubby asked him , had we not told that to you , how would you know , to which this unprofessional can answer ‘ then it will be in the box itself”
You mean we buy jewellery to keep it intact in box!! Such a foolish answer

Their making charges are too high and if we buy digital gold is waste to buy through this app . It will show compare to market very high. While selling also it will show compare to market very low. I have experienced trust issues also

It was a great experience. I have been associated with Ambernath branch since last year. I have purchased bracelet, chain, diamond se and diamond earrings alongwith 3 policies. Mrs Varsha Gaikwad has always been very cordial supportive and helped me choose the best. Other staff members are also cooperative.
