Despite trying to cancel several time and writing emails they keep charging my card and sending me product. Zero communication back from customer service. I made what I thought was a one time purchase for my wife. Somehow it was reoccurring (I will take the blame) but have not been able to stop it or get an email back for months. Next stop of to block my card. Can’t even review the product because the customer service is so bad.

I purchased two jars of the Heaven Tallow Tallow and Honey Balm. First, shipping took extremely long! The website makes it appear the product is shipping from Florida but as I tracked it, it showed it having to clear customs. When I inquired why it was taking so long and having to clear customs, I was told they have warehouses all over but not to worry the product was the same no matter where it is shipped from.

I finally received the product and began using it at night. Right from the start, I felt the product was greasy and sat on top of my face. The consistency reminded me of Carmex, more solid..not creamy but I wasn't sure if this was just how tallow was so I decided to order a jar from another company. Once I received this other product, it confirmed what I was feeling. This other product was creamier and absorbed into my skin with only a slightly greasy feeling until the product completely absorbed into my face.

Because Heaven Tallow offers a 30 day return policy, I immediately emailed customer service and requested to return their product for a refund, explaining my issues with their product. I received a response back acknowledging my concerns and stating they would get back to me with how to proceed. It has been two weeks and I have emailed them twice since with no response so I have contacted my credit card to dispute the charges.

I would stay away from this company. Their product clearly ships from overseas, probably China and they falsely advertise a 30 day money back guarantee and there are better tallow products on the market.

This company sells a Tallow cream product that doesn’t match the description of which you order from their website. There are ingredients on the bottle that aren’t online and also they say it’s made in the USA but the bottle says made in China. Ontop of this I had asked that they not send me anymore and they sent another batch of six. Then I asked them again to cancel my subscription and then I still got an order of a single bottle. They have said they would get back to me about these conflicts but I have heard nothing. This is illegal. Do not buy from them. I’ll be reporting them to consumer services.

Terrible experience. I ordered the tallow sunscreen mid-June and didn't receive it until early August. It said on the website that it's made in the USA but was shipped from Yanwen. When it did get here, it smelled like cheap perfume even though there's no fragrances listed in the ingredients list. I do not trust this stuff enough to use it, it smells like they bottled some cheap lotion.

Just love the way it works and my face feels so soft my doctor also told me to use it on my hands

I ordered from Heaven tallow and haven't had a good experience. I didn't receive my product from them, and have been emailing them back and forth now for months with no resolve. My order showed as delivered, but the company refuses so far to either refund or replace what I ordered. They've stated in several emails repeatedly that it was delivered, and sent me to the post office to get a "receipt of deliverance" which doesn't exist according to the postal worker. There is no phone number or address associated with the company, and I've about given up, as their emails get farther and farther apart to my problem. This company does not want to resolve my problem, I advise against ordering from them, because if your package goes missing for any reason, you will not have any resolve to it.

Ordered directly from their website claiming that their product is "Made in the USA" but it came from China. Another scam.

Run! Another back door company pretending to be American made, comes from no where land China!! Forget a refund even though it’s guaranteed!! Was told they have had TOO MANY REFUND REQUESTS to process mine. Scam! Thieves! Straight Chinese garbage!

I purchased sunscreen on a great deal a month later I get an email saying that my subscription for tallow balm is being prepared. I emailed customer support saying that I did not subscribe to the tallow balm and that I would like to cancel this order immediately then I get a reply saying are you sure you’ll never get at this price again before I could reply the order was already shipped and customer care said there’s nothing they could do about it.

Would give negative stars if I could. The sunscreen is a total scam. My husband and children got sunburned so bad. It’s unsafe!

My product came from China. Not made in America like they claim. Good luck getting any issues resolved. Customer service will not answer when a refund is mentioned. Received an email from this company claiming they would refund me for a positive review. I gave my honest review and wasn't given what was offered to me. Hira will not respond to my emails

Beware this is a total scam! Ordered because it was labeled a clean sunscreen made in the US. First red flag, it took almost a month to get here - shipped from China!! My whole family used this at the beach and even after reapplying we all got sunburned. Emailed customer service since their website touts a “60 day money back guarantee” but have been given the runaround. First they asked me to send pictures so their “team” could review. Every time I email they just put me off. What a scam!!

This product did not hold up to the florida sun. I applied this product as directed and I still got sunburned.

I purchased the tallow balm and Sunscreen, it took forever to get here. Via China no less! Upon applying the tallow balm which was so thick it was hard to apply I got an itch rash! I emailed the company and for a week now of what I call robo emails they are still reviewing my issue. I will not use the Sunscreen after this 😤 I bought 2 jars of the balm and 4 cubes of Sunscreen which clearly are not organic or made in the USA. I am not new to tallow and never had a reaction to any before. So this is a warning do not purchase from this company!!! I will pursue this further !

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I did not request a monthly subscription, but they sent and charged me for it anyway. I requested twice to cancel. Still sending. The last package they even charged me extra for a "balm" that was not in the package. Customer service is an auto-responder, so you won't get any help. I have to now dispute it with the credit card company. Save your time and ebergy and order from someone else.

I received Made in China products with synthetic ingredients not shown on their website. I verified the website address is the real Heaven Tallow and not a scammer pretending to be them. I reached out with pictures and they refused to refund me but said they would cancel my subscription. They said this was a misprint, even though I showed where my shipment "cleared customs". Guess what, they lied they charged me again and sent more. This time the ingredients on the label shows the right ingredients and they've removed the Made in from it. But it "cleared customs" again. The tracking literally lays out how the package leaves a port then arrives at a port. then is in CA. But the address label and warehouse is in Texas. These guys are liars, scammers and falsely advertise.

Love this sunscreen! Compared to other non toxic sunscreens, this one doesn’t leave me looking like a ghost or need to scrub forever to wash off and yet stills protects well from the sun. Very happy with this product!

Sunblock is excellent probably would’ve had a lifelong client except for with the subscription that they automatically signed me up for they did not send me more sunblock. They sent me some tallow balm which I was very clear-I didn’t want. I’ve been back-and-forth with nine emails with customer service and now they’re ghosting me just trying to get a refund label to return it and get my $40 back

Their products are poor and cheap quality, they publicly imply that an unsatisfied customer can be refunded or return, however do not action any such request.
After emailing their support requesting a simple return of unopened items immediately after receiving, they reply saying all the right things and imply it's no problem, but never action anything and ghost/ignore you for the following months.
I've tried many other tallow based products from other businesses, I've never felt such poor quality as this excuse of a product. Buy elsewhere, or at least know that all of HeavenTallow's customer satisfaction promises and pure lies.
