Dishonest and unapologetic
Extremely bad experience, bought their services multiple times but last time after my server expired they deleted my data without notifying, when questioned about they said they announced a new rule about collecting data within 1 day. They didnt notify me about that in my chat. They just told me about expiration in my chat without ever mentioning deletion rule, as i downloaded data before i didnt know this rule. When I gave a low rating in their discord server a few days later they said they recovered my server. The whole server was wrecked, every structure was blown away with tnt. They denied everything, said thats not their responsibility and nobody on their team did this (griefing was done with bypassing whitelist, they had creative). At last they kicked us out of the server when we were talking about it
