bought a dress online paid nearly $400 for it. It doesn’t fit, the fabric is very low quality and when I tried to return it, they gave me every excuse possible not to give me my money back. I followed the Australian sizing guidelines and they said too bad I chose the wrong size so they’re not giving me my money back. I actually chose a size bigger so I could alter it but it’s didn’t fit. This company is absolute rubbish do not buy from this Hebeos. I would expect this from a dress I paid $60, but this is a lot to lose.
Is Ferarri Formalwear really dropshipping Hebeos 'counterfeit' dresses?
ACN look up of the Hebeos.com.au whois registration details for HOLLAND HALL PTY LTD 007232331 points back to Ferrari Formalwear Pty Ltd - Marie Cecilia Ferrari. If this is legitimate I'm disgusted. We actually bought my elder daughter's formal dress from Ferrari Formalwear and it's stunning. My younger daughter paid around the same price to purchase a dress from Hebeos.com.au (thinking the .com.au meant the site could be trusted) and received an abomination of a dress quite obviously sewn by an amateur entirely from cheap lining fabrics and cheap thread which can only politely be described as an 'approximation' of the dress pictured on the website and best suited to landfill. The photo of the dress was stolen from a Brazilian celebrity magazine feature on a society wedding in 2019 and is modelled by a Brazillian influencer/actress Flavia Pavonelli -I'm sure she'd be shocked to see her image used like this on a scam website. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Don't buy anything from them. The website is a fake, pictures of dresses are stolen from other pages, they don't show real products. The company is a complete SCAM. They steal money and don't give returns.
My package with a wedding dress NEVER arrived, because they INTENTIONALLY issued a wrong delivery note and chose a type of pack, that was immediately returned to CHINA after the carrier failed to deliver the pack due to missing delivery info (the address provided was full and correct). They never informed me on the status of my order, I never received any tracking number for my parcel, until I contacted them myself asking for it, after which they just informed me that my parcel was already NOT DELIVERED FOR 2 DAYS whilst I wasn't even informed that it was shipped!!!
I went through 2 weeks of hell phoning constantly the courier company that was blaming the seller, and the seller just saying "the carrier company takes time" which was a load of bs, as they orchestrated all this so that my pack would never arrive. I even went personally to the main sorting centre of the Postal Services (30mins drive one way) to ask for my pack and twice I was told that such pack was nowhere to be found, although the courier website said otherwise - it was a ghost package!).
Customer service is non-existent, it is a bunch of fake profiles or bots, they don't speak proper English and they do not want to help you, they're plain rude and offensive.
I reported the case to legal authorities as they robbed me of 400 euros!!!
Report them everywhere! Share the bad reviews everywhere, spam their social media with your negative comments. That's the only way to stop this from happening to other people.
I was waiting for over a month to receive my wedding dress, I went through hell of stress (in already stressful situation), and I ended up having to go to another shop and spend money for another dress in the last moment, with the 400 euros being stolen until this day.
I never got any apologies from them, nothing.
At some point so called 'Cherry' offered me 50% return, for order THAT I NEVER RECEIVED AND NEVER SAW WITH MY EYES!!! I obviously refused, as at that point I have already gone through all the crushing reviews of this scam company here, and I knew that there will be no refund either way.
All you can do is give them horrible reviews (which they deserve) all over social media, and report them to authorities, as I am doing. This is just one o many chinese scam companies that just wait for you to make a purchase so that they can run with your money.
Stay away at all cost. Go find your dress locally. Don't give any money to this company. If you look closely at their website logo - it's pixelated, they didn't manage neither to fake this right.. I's a joke of a company, it's a not real.

Not even worth the star, you will not recieve what you think you ordered, quality is poor, nothing like what is advertised, measurements dont match or fit, waste of money. The star is for initial customer service and quick reply, will be seeking a refund and return of purchase.
TRASH PRODUCTS AND TRASH SERVICE
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! My wife bought two dresses for our daughter's wedding. One was faulty and she had to organise getting it fixed. The other dress went back but we haven't seen any refund mone despite multiple requests. It's now been six months. PayPal haven't been much help either. They say they are US based, or have a business in Australia but it's all coming out of a sweat shop in China. Utter rubbish business.

I ordered a beautiful gown with beads. Unfortunately the material used was a thick silk fabric compared to the actual fabric shown on the advertisement. I then asked for a return/refund and was not given an option to return or have it refunded as they claimed the product given was of what I ordered. Bad quality material is used and return policy is not to suit customers needs. This business does not cater for customer needs unfortunately. This was waste of time and money for me. So my advice just be careful to check fabric quality as they not keeping to the price you pay.

Ordered a wedding dress, flower girl dress and several accessories.
Colours wrong.
Attempted to discuss with staff members but out of the 9 times I was transferred noone would be of any assistance telling me they would charge me to return to them even with me showing evidence of them sending the incorrect colours (the wedding dress also does not sit on the arms as advertised), then blatantly ignored me after offering a 15% discount if I accepted the dresses as is and use for a different event that wasn't my wedding and me stating this did not fix the issue (quite sure that a wedding dress only has one type of use...).
So now 3 weeks out from the wedding, we have no dresses!
The absolute worst customer service EVER!
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my years of purchasing online. refused to cancel and item even when they couldnt supply it in the chosen colour, stated on the site would give refund if colour was not what was order, but when it came in and wasnt what was ordered then refused any sort of refund.
Ill fitting, so poorly made that my year 10 sewing project in school was a cleaner better job.

Keine Problemlose Rücknahme
Das Kleid ist schlecht verarbeitet, der Stoff viel zu hart bzw. Rau. Eine Rücksendung ist so gut wie unmöglich. Die Kommunikation zieht sich schon seit 2 Wochen. Man bekommt auch nur 85 % Erstattet und muss die Versandkosten selbst tragen. Ausserdem bekommen Sie nicht hin eine korrekt aufgezeigte Rücksendeadresse zu schicken.
Keine Rücknahme defekter Ware
Das bei hier Hebeos gekaufte Kleid war schlecht verarbeitet bzw. defekt, die Klammern an den Schulterträgern ließen sich nicht schließen.
Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice und hingeschickten Fotos von den falsch angenähten (und verbogenen) Haken kam folgende Nachricht:
"Dear customer,
If you return the item, you must pay the return shipping fee, which is not worth it. Please consider.
Sending back to an address in China is both expensive and not worth it, which will cost you a lot of money."
Haben eine Erstattung von 20% des Kaufpreises bekommen Können das defektee Kleid auch nicht weiter verkaufen. Eine Reparatur beim Schneider ist zu teuer.
Auf der Homepage von Hebeos wird mit dem unkomplizierten Austausch oder Erstattung defekter Ware geworben

Ich habe sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Es ist nahezu unmöglich Kleider zurück zu senden. Meine 3 bestellten Kleider waren alle 3 zu groß. Sie waren alle in einheitsgröße bestellt und sind daher weiter zu verkaufen. Ich musste 6 Emails verschicken . Dann bekam ich eine Adresse zur Rücksendung. Mor fehlt bis heute , die auf der website beschriebene Produktrücksendeformular welches ich der Rücksendung laut hersteller beifügen soll. Die Rücksendung muss selbst bezahlt werden und kostet sehr viel und zwar in einem 2 stelligen Betrag. Die Kleider an sich haben nicht die angegeben hohe Qualität. In der Kommunikation mit dem hersteller gab es ausschließlich automatische Emails allgemein verfasst. Auf keinen Fall würde ich dort wieder bestellen !
Nicht weiter zu empfehlen unseriös!!!!
Worst customer service
Absolutely, the worst customer service. I would not recommend buying from Hebeos. Order number not received nor a confirmation email of order. Denied receiving my order, and refused to help without an order number. Once I received the dress, again no order number or receipt of purchase. Provided reference number and am still battling for a full refund. They want to charge a 10% restocking fee and reimbursement of 20% of the dress. Would not buy recommend at all.

Beware of this website they offer returns but they don't accept returns. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding dress arrived as mentioned but the size was small. I emailed them to return the dress they told me to have it tailored. How can a tight dress be made bigger?? After sending several emails they offered me a 40% refund if I kept the dress. I paid $270 I lost a lot of money. I don't recommend this website and will not shop there again.
Sizing WAY different to what they advertise
Ordered a beautiful dress from them. It arrived promptly and looked exactly how I'd hoped. Unfortunately it did not match their size chart, so was therefore WAY too small.
Contacted them for return/exchange to match size (measurements) I ordered... they refused!
Customer service is appalling. They do not call you by name, just Hi 'customer' and refused to allow return of dress even though it was faulty and did not match their size description at all!
Emails back and forth for 2 weeks, no result, they kept blaming me! Photo proof of size and measurements I ordered, photo proof of size I received. 4 inches SMALLER than what I ordered!!

I ordered a dress for my daughter because she is in a wedding in September. I had to have it customized because she does not fit in the smaller kid sizes. The company said I could have it custom made for 18 dollars more. I paid the price and now I get an email stating that the dress measurements are too big and I needed to order an adult dress. She is a flower girl…this option would not work for her. The adult dresses are not appropriate for a child. This is not acceptable at all! If they could not tailor the dress to fit my 9 year old, why advertise that they customize these dresses for a price? I have tried to reach out to them but have not received a response. I want the dress as advertised or I want a full refund. I am now stuck trying to find something for my daughter to wear in a matter of weeks!

Buyer beware- I was looking at some wedding gowns on Hebeos and planned on ordering 2 or 3 in generic sizing (not custom sizing) and then returning any styles that didn't suit me. Every dress I viewed advertised a "Worry-free returns within 14 days" under the returns policy tab of the dress description.
I decided to reach out to double-check that I could return styles that didn't suit me and was met with "Sorry we don't support try-on service. Each of our dresses is made on-demand, return dresses can't be sold to other customers."
This is a completely reasonable position however their website does not make this clear at all and buyers should know before making purchases.

Not worth a start, it’s a complete scam
November I bought a $200 dress to the right measurements, the dress took 6 weeks to get to me when I opened the dress it was the worst Material it was inside out it was packed the cheapest way possible. I then tried the dress on it did not zip the split was that high it was showing it all.
Then I emailed them to inform about the dress, I got a short email
No refund

I sent 3 photos (highly inappropriate)
They then said sorry send us your measurements (inappropriate) I sent them that and they said sorry they do not meet up with our measurements.
My measurements were actually all right apart from the breast was 2 cm off where we all know that will not make a difference.
After going back and forth I got a legal team involved for this refund and Hebeos said sorry we do not have a contact number to phone us.
it has been so hard for the legal team to contact them, I then seen on other websites the same dresses that Hebeos have so I contacted them and they said yes Hebeos steals our pictures all the time please know they are of a very bad quality and not to waste your money, I explained I already had unfortunately.
The legal team then found an address for them in china so they also lied about where they are.
It’s been 3 months and they agreeed on a 50% back refund and they said we have processed it back to your PayPal.
I don’t have a PayPal at all so I created one saying okay I have made one,
they then said we refunded back to the card you used.
I used a work salary sacrifice card YOU LEGIT CAN NOT REFUND BACK TO THAT as it’s a non refundable card.
They keeps saying it’s gone through you need to talk to your bank but that card is not a bank card you can legit not refund back to it.
When emailing them it’s like talking to a computer.
My biggest advice to anyone reading this pleaseeeeeee do not waste any money on this place that scams people there stuff is absolute garbage there customer service is awful and there pictures are stolen of other websites.
I am speaking with a legal team so if there is anyone out there that has had the same experience which I can see a lot of you have had please contact me and we can work together to get our refunds as this is not okay.
