They don’t even deserve one star I brought my wedding dress from these it’s not anything like the picture and it’s fits but the back doesn’t I can’t even do it up it’s put huge stress on me by doing this I asked for an address to said it back but they refused they offered and begged me to take 40% and keep a wedding dress that don’t fit then said if I send it back there offer me 70% back which I paid hell a lot more than that so now I’m stuck with a dress I’m not going to wear or have to pay extra to get it tailored I would never buy from this site again such a scam they should be shut down

I wish I could give this company a minus rating and attach photos here. the dress came squished into a tiny bag. It looked nothing like the photos and was of the lowest cheapest quality and was falling apart in places. They refused a full refund and wanted me to pay postage to get it back to them (after charging me over $80 for delivery in the first place). they later agreed to a partial refund and gave me the run around. They finally gave me a partial refund. Very disappointed in the quality of the product and not too happy with the customer service.

Not even worth 1 star but had no choice. Do not touch any item from this site. It is the biggest scam you could come across. Any positive feedback is probably plated there by the company . This is an international company who just wants your money. The garment I got was rubbish- poorly made and unwearable. The worst of it is -they refuse to give you an address to return and will not give you your money back. They rely on you getting fed up and not pursuing your claim. I would urge you all to persevere with you claim. PayPal needs to not recognize them as a legitimate company - I will be canvassing PayPal to this effect. Do Not Be Taken In By This Company.

This was absolutely awful. There is not a single good thing I can say. I paid over one hundred dollars. I waited more than a month, maybe two months. When I got my package, the dress smelled, was itchy, the wrong size, not like the picture, and was wrong in nearly every way. The only thing they got right was the color of the dress. But even that was slightly off. I wish I could get a refund, but customer service does not talk to you.

Hebeos used FedEx to ship my dress and normally we do not have a problem with them, however; for this particular shipment FedEx returned it 1 day after trying to deliver it twice. (She lives in an apt building and the delivery man did not ring the bell). Hebeos received the dress and claims it was damaged in transit and they won't send it. I've pleaded with them several times to resend it anyway and they are refusing, despite me offering to pay to reship. Their so called customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Blatant FRAUD!!! NO REFUND AND NOT DRESS. I'm leaving reviews everywhere warning potential buyers, do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company!

The dress they showed online is NOT the dress they sent. Completely different material used and did not at all look the same. Customer service refused to do anything except refund me $40. I spent $400 on 4 dresses for my wedding. Do not order from here - they should not be allowed to do business!
