Everything is online even when you ask a question and then when answered by AI automated system you seem to go round and around in circles until you figure out yourself how to perform task. Its frustrating when the system does not tell you what information is required.

Prompt action in advising of matters that effected the cost of your ins, i.e. not having NCD and providing costs to cover this.
Disappointed that the information you required on NCD was not asked for until a policy quoted was paid for. This should have been made clear within the documents when being filled out and no monies taken before clarification of the NCD, especially if it effected the overall cost as it did in my case.

Great service, easy to do online but a £30 fee on a £3.89 named driver change is absolutely disgusting, especially given the reviews on fees and charges by the FCA at the minute and the fact there is people struggling financially!!
