This is my car insurance, to day is 28 September 2026. Around 3 months 5 days I started a clam for a taxi running into to the back of our car, I got the car fixed. But I'm still waiting to be paid out our insurance as farmed this out to another company to do they are rubbish
3 phone calls later still waiting.

Our car is used for my terminal I'll wife , we have used a £1000 out of her PIP to get it fixed. Bad insurance people.

Easy, just 1 complaint when I go to login the date starts on the day you log in for date of birth, you can imagine how long it takes to swipe back to my birth year 1963, please can you make it easier it's a nightmare. Thanks.

They are robbing people bought insurance at 11:30 pm next morning check the reviews didn’t sign any paperwork and rang them. 9 am to cancel the insurance after seeing the reviews. It makes sense when I rang them they said they will take the money £141 even I said I’m not used your insurance and where is the cooling down? Period even not 12 or 24 hours nothing they just said they going to keep that money for nothing so another victim here really bad insurance company
