Ordered crash bars for my BMW R1200RS; full set. Delivered swiftly and fits perfect.
An order picking error was processed quickly after E-mail communication in perfect English.

Bought Heed crash bars for my BMW F800gs. The price seemed very good for full-protection bars.

Installation was simple, required few tools and the bars fit the bike like a glove.

However, I laid down the bike at 0 kmph on a rocky road and the bars bent slightly.

Heed customer support said that they are meant to behave that way, in order to absorb the energy of the crash. I would have accepted this explanation in case of an actual crash, but not when I simply laid down the bike at a standstill. Seems like these bars cannot hold the weight of the motorcycle, let alone protect it in the event of a mild crash.

Would not buy again.

These bars arrived incredibly well Packed. KTM Orange is awesome. Fitment of bars is precise and follows lines of the bike. Instructions are clear follow the pictures. Instructions are available from the Heed Poland site not the eu site. Yes their website needs some work but the product is great.

UPS lost my order. Heed won't respond, forcing me to start a claim. Heed does not care about customers after the sale. Go with h&b or swmotech instead.

Crash bars fit for my F700 gs but I haven't recieved the installation notice with the package. I sent a mail to the seller and I didn't get a response. Not very serious!

I bought a set of crash bars for my new Ducati Multistrada 950S. The payment was done by Bank Transfer and once received the bars were dispatched by courier with a prompt arrival in the UK.

I chose Silver and the bars were well protected and the powder coating immaculate. All high quality fasteners were supplied with easy to follow instructions. The bars fit perfectly, closely following the bikes lines. It would have been better though if the instructions had included torque values for the vital bolt through the engine.

I can not recommend these bars and Heed highly enough, great bars at a great price, fantastic value. I have fitted bars from Givi and others but these stand up to the best of them.
