I just made another purchase from Z1 (I've made about 15+ the last 3 years or so), and everything was perfect! Z1 supplied nearly all the parts for my sleeved VQ35DE engine build and it runs great. I honestly don't trust buying Nissan parts anywhere else (there are LOTS of counterfeits out there everywhere!). Z1 might have a little more expensive shipping, but the parts are always the going price (and often better). I don't work for Z1; never have, but please seriously consider these guys anytime you need something Nissan.

I just saw Z1 had a 2.8 on this site (popped up during a google search) and felt like I had to post a review. I've been using Z1 for nearly 20 years and often don't bother checking with competitors anymore. Keep up the great work guys!

Honestly questioning now, how trust worthy Trustpilot is lol!

I purchased a 24 mt Z July 25. Have made 5 purchases from Z1 for different parts. I’ve had excellent experiences with the products as well as the Z1 customer service/support. I actually bought the wrong part on a Friday night, called the customer support number and the gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly. In minutes he had corrected my mistake and in 3 days I received my order. I have made 3 more purchases since then and always get what I ordered in a timely manner. All 5 purchases are in the past 6 months and I have nothing but good things to say about Z1 products/customer service!!

The guys at Z1 are top notch and super helpful, and the facility is a state-of-the-art shop with some amazing Z history on display.

Specifically, Jesse and Alex were amazing in helping us navigate our first Z1 experience.

Alex was awesome helping us sort out questions for a couple of days in advance as we sorted out a local pickup, then, he was amazing at helping us get our front bumper order packed into a Honda civic hatchback!🤣

Jesse helped us get checked out quickly. He then took the time to give my son and I a tour of the facility and share some of the history of Z1 and how vast their reach is in providing Nissan, Infinity, and now Toyota customers both OEM and aftermarket performance parts.

The showroom is a great place to see some terrific Z builds (and a couple of skylines/GTRs) and the customer lounge provides an opportunity to see dyno work being done real time!

I cannot speak highly enough about the guys at Z1 and the parts and service they offer! We will definitely be getting all of our Z parts through Z1!

Z1 Motorsport shipping rates are ridiculous, it shows that they not only make money selling parts but from the rates to ship them.

I placed an order for a control arm, paid, then they canceled saying it’s discontinued even though it was still listed when I purchased it on 12-13. They Tried to upsell their new version that was $200 more. Really poor communication and customer service never again

I was sent the incorrect part. I went to the dealership and order the correct part. When I contacted customer service, they had me fill out forms, sent photos of the part I needed and asked for part number. I explained that I had purchased the part from the dealership, but they continued to ask for the same information. I had to send multiple emails to get a response.

I’m extremely disappointed with the carbon fiber front lip I purchased for my Nissan 370Z. I paid over 800 expecting a premium, direct-fit product, but what I received is unusable — the lip is significantly wider than the factory bumper on both sides. Installation without heavy modification is impossible.

I took detailed photos and videos clearly showing the fitment issues, yet Z1 still refuses to accept responsibility or understand their customer’s problem. As a long-time customer who trusted your brand, this experience is unacceptable and damages your reputation. Selling a defective800+ part and refusing to stand behind it is not just poor service — it’s unethical.

I expect this issue to be resolved fairly.

Answered my questions easily and set up my entire order while on the phone. His Can-Do attitude is typical of their sales team and tech support. Keeps me coming back for decades.

I own a 370z, i have bought 2 differnt typse of their CSC delete kits that have both failed miserably. Their marketing team does a fantastic job at showing new parts and hididng the old ones that failed only a year ago.

Do not recoment at all!! Quality is rubish.

I ordered parts on 5/22/25 and I still waiting for it to be ship. Today is 5/30/25 Aldo I call on 5/27/25 and ask them to ship some of the part I haven't got any shipping info and no explanation of why my parts are delayed.

I spent a little over $1,000 with Z1 and to be honest, I haven't been satisfied with any of it.

Purchased a plenum spacer, it needed the bolt holes redrilled as they were slightly off from the actual pattern.

Purchased a foglight kit off them, installed them to the truck and after 2 days I drove through a light rain and the passenger side fog light was completely covered in condensation. Brought it to their attention and they stated it's normal and will clear up after a couple days. If it's normal, why didn't the drivers side do it when exposed to the same exact elements? Didn't matter anyhow as it didn't clear up after over a week, I had to remove the bulb and use hair dryer to clean it up.

I then asked for a passenger side housing replacement as obviously the lens seal is defective. They denied my request and said I would have to go to a Nissan dealer as a warranty claim. This entire deal was still within their 30 days return window and should have been honored.

For sure, you won't burn me again z1.

ordered an item on Friday, and paid for it, after paying, I was notified it was on "National Backorder", I emailed support for a return / refund. I received a response from support Saturday morning telling me their stock just came in, and it was in stock and asked me if I'd like to keep it. Well since it being Saturday, I didn't expect a response, but I replied Saturday night saying "no", that I ordered it from another site that had it in stock. They reply with basically too late b/c packaging had already packaged it up and shipped it out. They sent me a return label, and made me pay $17 to ship yet. When I expressed that this situation was frustrating, it was blatantly ignored, showing they don't care they made a mistake and costed me money. So that's fine, I wanted to tell all how they like to do business.

Ordered Morimoto headlights for a 370 Z we have & as it already had an older set of Morimoto's on it, I thought I would stick with them. New units arrived, I tore apart the entire front of the car to access area ( P.I.T.A. Nissan )and BEFORE INSTALLING THE FIRST ONE, I PLUGGED IT INTO THE HARNESS TO CHECK FUNCTIONALITY ( something I've learned to do the hard way) and the headlight malfunctioned. Reached out to z1 to begin return process and their pithy reply was " we don't take parts back that have been installed". Unit was NOT installed, only powered to test functioning.If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Old unit worked when plugged back in. I will never use them (z1) for anything again.

Z1 is THE place for your hard-to-find Nissan parts. Exactly as ordered and the shipping was super fast to Canada! Thanks for your great service!!

The over all experience with z1 Motorsports has been amazing in every way. From the customer service to delivery has been on point. I’ve never dealt with a company that I didn’t end up with a headache or aggression till Z1. They really are #1 in what they do and I’m very happy, and grateful for the whole team. If you wanna know if I’m being honest or not buy something and you will see what I mean. Dropped my car off for a part install and tune. Got it done and picked it up next day. Very communicative with the whole process and expectations. Great experience overall.

He comprado hace 2 años aproximadamente una moto Z1 acá en Ecuador y hace unos ocho meses me chocaron la moto y hasta el día de hoy, no llegan los plásticos en ningún lado, por ello mi calificación! Por suerte muchos de los demás repuestos le dan de otras motos

Amazing place to buy anything Nissan related, they have great customer service, and always innovating in the Nissan aftermarket.

Have ordered several different parts.....on different occasions. Due to the limited nature of my vehicle I always call upfront and discuss expectations for delivery and availability. They are always happy to advise and confirm. Great group.

CEUX SONT DES ARNAQUEURS !!!
Aucun sérieux et aucun respect.
Je n'ai fais qu'une seule commande chez eux et ce sera la seule car
je n'ai pas reçu ce que j'avais commandé.
De plus, beaucoup de produits ne sont pas en stock.
Évidemment aucun remboursement, ni aucun geste commercial de leur part.
Service client catastrophique et très mauvaise mentalité.
Pour finir, toujours les mêmes réponses débiles à mes nombreux emails.
