Professional and reasonable legal experts
We have been working with Andrew Hornsby from Hegarty's for a number of years and would highly recommend his services. We run a construction claims business and use Andrews expertise where we need to elevate matters to court proceedings. We have used Hegarty's a number of times for enforcement and all cases were completed with a positive outcome. He is the only solicitor in Peterborough we would use.

Niveta Ganger helped me to sell my house. She was quick to respond and is very efficient. Great with communication and was very good at chasing the solicitors on the other sides of the chain. Managed to complete within 8 weeks. Highly recommend! This is the 3rd house for which I am using hegarty services. Will use their services again in future if needed

Excellent service
I recently bought my first home and had the pleasure of working with Hegarty Solicitors, especially Niveta Ganger. From start to finish, she was absolutely brilliant. She guided me through the whole process with professionalism and patience, always making sure I understood each step. What stood out the most was her attention to detail – nothing was overlooked, and I always felt reassured that I was in safe hands. Buying a first home can feel overwhelming, but thanks to her support it all went smoothly. Highly recommended. As a first time buyer, I had many questions about the process, which were always answered promptly and professionally by Andrew. This was also true of my correspondence with Louise, Alanah-Rose, or Yvonne. Unfortunately there were some documents that were not held by the Land Registry or the developer, but these were still found by Andrew!

Friendly and helpful
Friendly, helpful and caring staff. Most efficient, when I recently amended my will. They went out of their way to make it easy for me. I do feel comfortable knowing that Hegarty are there, should I need their support in some way.
