We are disappointed to read your review of our people and services, especially as you are not a client of ours. At Hegarty, we pride ourselves on excellent communication and 5-star service with our clients. As you are not our client we would advise you that you do have the right to seek independent legal advice should you wish to do so.
Very disappointed with the service…
Very disappointed with the service received from this firm unnecessary delays dealing with a litigation and wills probate matter even though clear instructions were in place in the will, also unreasonable delays by the wills/probate solicitor, it took the solicitor two and half years notifying DWP the power of attorney was no longer in place also breach of contract by the Litigation Solicitor and conflict of interest by both Solicitors, the unnecessary delays has been very expensive this has resulted in me raising a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman and Solicitors Regulation Authority

Updated My Will
I dealt with Martin Banwell to update my will. His advice was very good, clear, knowledgeable and useful. The service was both professional and friendly.
The administration involved with putting the new document in place was also very good, smooth and everything on Martin’s side executed very promptly.
