Excellent communication throughout the whole business’s operations. HelioTrax arranged the pick up of the equipment overseas and managed to deliver in time when at the same time handling all customs clearance requirements.

We have used Heliotrax in a couple of occasions and we have been extremely happy with their results. Quick responses, very knowledgeable and affordable too. Their customer service approach is impeccable! I wasn't worried at all with the shipment or the customs clearance. To be honest, in our next job, we won't look for a second quote - we will call them straight away!
Alan supported the logistics requirements for my business, and from start to finish everything was expertly managed. There were no surprises or unnecessary complications - collection was arranged as planned, I received regular updates throughout the journey, the shipment was delivered on schedule, and everything happened exactly as outlined during our initial conversations.
