Great customer service. I asked for a cheaper delivery option and this was sorted for me almost instantly. The parcel still came within a couple of days as well. The collar is beautiful and the little treats in the box were a nice touch.

The product received was lovely with cute little added extra treats. Customer service was great, replied quickly and happy to help and feels personal and genuine.

The people I communicate with when I order have always been so lovely, the packaging is superb there is no way that glass bottle could have broken and you even include cheeky lil extra treats which just made my dogs day while she was missing her dad.

Excellent customer service, well thought out designs and quality is amazing. Would highly recommend this small shop and especially the poo/treat bags they are a perfect size and we always take one out with us.

The bow of my gift sadly broke literally the day after gifting the item to my Doggo friend for her birthday. Just disappointed in the durability but I do understand Dogs are active creatures. Otherwise happy.
