Delivery was not very good. My box was left out in the rain they could have left it by the garage so came home to see very wet order.

My three daughters have now taken over the kitchen and cook dinner each night so it’s a win win for us. We get dinner cooked and they learn a life long skill. So if recipes can be followed and cooked by kids then anyone can do it. Food tastes fab too

So sick of the same old same old boring meals.
So I thought why not give Hello Fresh a try.
Well I'm now hooked.
3 nights a week we have amazing, interesting, meals from Hello Fresh.

Generally good quality, but sometimes lacks imagination
Generally the quality of the food and the portion sizes are good. However, the meal choices are frequently too much of the same old ones. The vegetarian options especially often lack imagination - always a coconut based curry, a tofu and rice etc. Sometimes just 'swapping' the meat/fish for halloumi doesn't always work either so I don't consider it a real vege option. If I'm honest I think it would be better if there were slightly less meal choices, but more imaginative and different ones. It's great to see some different cuisines now - more of these please as I think Asian cuisine is often done to death

Fresh, delicious and easy to prepare
The meals have been easy to prepare and tasty. We have enjoyed the salads that have been supplied because they have been very fresh. It’s been good to try out some new recipes.

Need to change up your diet
We have our second box for two. Lovely food, with awesome menu’s. Generous serving for 2. Delivered when stated, to the door.
Everything is simple to change, skip and follow. A bit of plastic waste, but uses paper when they can. We will continue as the budget will allow.

Good quality ingredients
Good quality ingredients, a great range of recipes to choose from. Delivery service is good apart from it would be nice if they could ring the doorbell so I know the box has arrived.

Delivery issues prompted cancellation
Food is tasty and varied. Costing approx $30 per dinner meal for two people once weekly discount applied.
Delivery was an issue for us, food not arriving as scheduled, finding it hard to get updates on delivery.
At times box not packed with care, ending up with ripped reciepes and missing items which meant you had to make trips to supermarket defeating the purpose.
If you complain you get a credit for missing items which you can apply to a future order but you have to tell them or they don't apply.
We did this for 4 weeks before realising the issues we were having outweighed the quality so we have cancelled.
Our final box arrived with incorrect meals, and the optional extras we added to cart were missing.
