HelloPaisa appears to be operating as a scam. They deserve a zero-star rating. I sent money from Australia to Zimbabwe 15 days ago, and all I receive are excuses about "technical difficulties" each time I inquire about the transfer. This service is unacceptable.It's a trash🚮

They not bad but steal money by lowering the rate over December specially if you sent money to Thailand went as low as 1.6 bath to a rand more than 20 cents per rand while the exchange was actual better they misuse thai people

Thieves

They are always scamming people their money. Its the second time money transferred into my account (hello paisa account) does not reflect. First consultant told me the amount is reflecting on their side and l should wait few hours and second consultant tells me there is no money showing and my calls are no longer answered. Had to engage my lawyer the first time and seems like l have to engage him again and the SAPC. Its really sressful and draining.

I am extremely exhausted of Calling hellopaisa since 7 November and today is the14th and I am still just being told to wait for another 24-48 hrs.
They have not done anything and after sending proof of payment.

Please people do not go to this organization, you will loose your hard earned money.

I regret using Paisa

I regret using Paisa, and would never ever recommend it to anyone. I've been having a problem getting my refund because there was money I sent to Zimbabwe unfortunately I think there was a technical problem then I sent a wrong reference when making payment. I was told to send proof of payment which i did. Now I've phoned close to ten times with no help from last week. The response I get from everyone is that ,they are sending the query to the finance but have never got feedback. I'm tired of this pillar to post thing I just need my money back. Another agent even dropped the phone on me.

Blocked account…

They blocked my account just after my salary was paid, the reason being suspicion of fraud activities. How can they suspect fraud where as i only recieve money from 2 companies that i work for and for the past 3 years i have been recieving funds from only those 2 companies. They didnt even send me a notification massage to say account has been blocked. Imagin after eating in a restaurant only to find out acc is blocked on paying your bill. Very embarrasing.

This company deserves 0%. I sent money to my mother 4 days ago from United Kingdom to South Africa and she hasn't received her money. I tried calling customer service and they are very rude and offer poor customer service, before you even finish talking they hang up on you especially the male consultant. I keep telling them my problem and all they say is we have escalated the issue even when I have given them all the required information about my transaction. All I want is my money. I work too hard for it.

Terrible Customer Support

Terrible Customer support! Agent live and not even responsive (Franck Luamba). Kept asking questions and getting ignored. I had an emergency to sort and dude just seemed chilled after sending me an automated “Hello…”. Just as well am quitting this shi**y app before risking my funds!

Their customer service is very poor

Their customer service is very poor. The lowest rating is 1, but I wanted to rate them 0. I have been waiting for them to resolve my pending transaction for more than 48 hours, but every time I contact their customer support keep on saying the issue will be resolved within 48 hours.

With all requirements no one can solve my problem

I made a bank transaction on January 17 2022 from my investment account 1137266708 of R2400 to hellopaisa Nedbank account because of Nedbank investment account doesn't show the reference when send money from they stolen my money. The worst experience of my life stay…

The worst experience of my life stay away from them. Bad rude unprofessional customer service. My father passed away I sent money via Worldremit which is a day transfer. But for some reason known to them Worldremit have partnered with this company HelloPaisa the worst experience ever. The money is still not received. I want my money.
