Expensive and not good.
I bought different skin care for £108 , delivery took 30 days . All ordered items are absolutely not suitable for my skin. Most annoying, all their skin care looks and feels snail track -horrible. Nothing sink in the skin.
Advertising of company looks very attractive. But product isn’t worse to try. Good buy my £100 .
And never again.

We would also like to clarify that your order was delivered on 3 June 2026. According to the tracking information, the parcel was dispatched from South Korea on 18 May and delivered within approximately 16 days(or around 12 working days), rather than 30 days as stated in your review.
While we're disappointed that the items were not the right fit for your skin, we appreciate you giving Hello Seoul a try and sharing your experience.

Disgraceful customer service
Ordered items worth over €90 on the 26th of April. I never received the order. I contacted the company who advised it was not delivered and was being returned to their warehouse. It stated I had refused delivery. I never received the delivery!! They said they can’t give me a refund until the item is returned to their warehouse. I’m still waiting!!! Almost 5 weeks later im still out of pocket for €90 & no sign of my refund!! Disgraceful customer service!!!

According to the tracking information provided by the courier, the parcel reached Ireland but was unfortunately marked as undeliverable and is currently being returned to our fulfilment centre. We appreciate that you did not refuse delivery, and we understand your disappointment, especially after waiting for your order.
As outlined in our shipping and returns policy, refunds for parcels returned to sender can only be processed once the returned parcel has been received back at our warehouse. This is because, until the parcel is physically returned, it remains within the courier network and is not yet in our possession.
We sincerely apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused. We are actively monitoring the return and will process your refund as quickly as possible once the parcel arrives back with us.

Great service and range of products

Great Service
First time using HS, so only one item ordered. Superb service and very efficient tracking communication.
Product received much more quickly than anticipated and service and delivery appears to be way more efficient compared to other companies in Korea which we've previously had to rely on, that are extremely slow.
Will definitely be using again(outstanding little extras sent with the order,too !) .

Great Range & Speedy Delivery
First time purchasing from Hello Seoul, and certainly will not be the last. They stock a great range of Korean beauty products, particularly brands that can be hard to come by in the UK. The items I ordered came so quickly, I ordered on the 15th of December and they were received on the 20th of December. I received tracking information throughout. Was also lovely to receive samples with my order.
Highly recommend!

Not delivered - 14 days later
Put in an order for several items back in November - 14 days later this has still not been delivered, with no real Tracking updates during this time. Message from Royal Mail said it would be delivered today - still nothing
It's really inconvenient, as i need the items, and would have ordered elsewhere had i known how long this would take

We have emailed you an update on your order. According to Royal Mail, your order is ready for delivery today.
Our standard delivery timeframe for the UK is 2-3 business weeks. However, the fastest delivery from South Korea to the UK via Royal Mail can take as little as 6 days, including weekends.
However, please note that actual delivery times can vary due to customs clearance, local Royal Mail depot schedules, holidays, or adverse weather conditions. You can follow the delivery status via the Royal Mail App.
(Once customs clearance is complete, Royal Mail will scan the parcel and send it to your local depot, where you can update delivery options. You can do this on the Royal Mail app)
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience during this process.

Fabulous service and products
I've ordered a couple of times now from Hello Seoul. Im absolutely delighted with their service and products. There was some lovely little freebies too, which was a nice surprise. Please note, the products you order are shipped to you direct from Korea, but the shipping was still super quick and I received regular updates throughout on tracking too.
Overall I'm very impressed with Hello Seoul and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them :) very happy customer.

Reliable company - will be ordering again
Delivery was super quick since it was being shipped from overseas (took less than a week). No customs or duty tax to pay on arrival as my order was under the threshold and tax is charged when you pay - so no surprises. They also gave me some free samples which was such a lovely touch. Will definitely be ordering again!
