I made an order last January 5, 2024 but have not receive it until now.
I contacted the courier but they could not find my parcel. I was advised to contact the sender.
I sent a complaint in the email provided from the site but I did not receive any response!

Delivery came super quick! When I placed my order it said it would take 2/3 week to come to the UK but it only took 5 days! No damage to products and there brill! Would recommend ordering from here

Has very good and prompt service. Package got lost but seller was kind enough to offer a small % for repeat purchase and expedite the delivery. They were gifts so glad it made it the second time.

I’ve been trying to find Korean products and I’ve gone to lots of websites. I’ve been to other famous websites but I felt like to choose u in an instant and I trusted ur website to be honest. Well, I received my products and lots of freebies which I love them 😍. Well, I felt like way of packaging should be improved like in a box packaging so that we customers amuse that way. As a customer I expect it to be in a nice box with decor packaging. Hope u understand. But I love it and continue my shopping from u ❤️❤️❤️

My order only took 10 days to come from Korea to England, I was able to track it using the ‘shop’ app. All products were wrapped in bubble wrap and in perfect condition, along with loads of free samples & a free sheet mask
