Hello shutters were brilliant from start to finish. Charlie came to measure up and was shown samples to choose from. We placed the order and was informed of the process. Was updated when they were ready and an installation date. Dean was our fitter, very friendly and done a great job. Would definitely recommend Hello Shutters

Reliable quality with wide choice of product finish.

Hello Shutters were extremely professional from the initial contact to the fitting.Dean the fitter was very friendly, knowledgeable and tidy.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Shutters are beautiful too! Couldn’t be happier with the whole thing.
Thank you so much

Really happy with the shutters and Scott who installed them was lovely and did a great tidy job . The whole process was easy and Charlie provided great advice and expertise when coming round to provide a quote. Will, the Office Manager also provided great communication along the way. We highly recommend them.

Scott and the team were fantastic - great support, great contact and delivered an excellent product and installation. Understandable delivery dates with shipping, but the team were responsive and really professional. 10/10 and already recommended them to neighbours, and we're looking to have them back to quote on the back of the house.

Amazing from start to finish! Everything was explained clearly and with expert knowledge. I was guided through the whole process, and the shutter installation was completed perfectly and right on time. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

We are highly satisfied with our installation of our shutters they look amazing so glad we chose this company.we will definitely be using them again for the rest of our windows in the near future

Right from the very start I was very happy, I had good communication via email from start to finish, everyone was very helpful and friendly. When I was having my shutters installed, it was very quick the guys were very clean and tidy and didn’t make any mess, they explained what to do with my new shutters. I would highly recommend Hello Shutters to anyone who is looking to get themselves some shutters

Many thanks to Hello Shutters. Very pleased with the quality of the materials and the fitting is perfect. Excellent communication from start to finish and very well priced. Highly recommended.

We absolutely love our new shutters. We also went for the black out blind system in the bedrooms and they work a treat.

From the first appointment to fitting the team at Hello Shutters have been excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone, already passed on their details to my friends. :-)

From measuring to the fitting. Hello shutters were a pleasure to deal with. We received great advice about the colour and style of shutter for our new bathroom. Aware of the manufacturing lead times wasn’t an issue. They were well worth the wait. Dean the fitter was polite and informative about looking after the shutters. He did a great job and left the room clean and tidy. The shutters look fantastic. Would highly recommend. Many thanks.

Good service from start to finish. Not at all pushy and product was exactly what we wanted. Would use them again

They were very knowledgeable...explained how they worked and what benefits the Shutters would give me . Very reasonably priced and although I had to wait afew weeks they were worth waitingfor . The fitter arrived on time. He was very pleasant ...worked very hard...cleared up after the installation and then explained the operation and routine maintenance of the shutters.
Would certainly recommend them

Great company to deal with from start to finish.
Good quality product and really well fitted by Dean.

Fab service. Excellent product and communication was good

This is the second time that we have used Hello Shutters for fitting shutters, and this time an automated blind for our utility room door.
Charlie was very knowledgeable when he came to quote and measure up. He listened to our requirements and came up with a solution for a blind for our utility room. We went for a motorised Honeycomb blind which links to the Alexa App, and then added a couple of small shutters to windows that we hadn't included last time.
Scott, the fitter, was cheerful, efficient and ensured that the work was carried out to a high standard.
I would thoroughly recommend Hello Shutters for anyone looking for high-quality shutters and blinds.

The whole process was very simple, several home visits to select a design and get all of the measurements correct, then the installation process. There was no hard sell, simply a look at the samples and an agreement on price.

I have apex windows which have been very difficult to handle, Hello Shutters have come up with a great solution.

There was a fairly long wait for the shutters to be built, but well worth the wait. The installation process couldn't have been better, the fitter was excellent and did a great job on the hottest day of the year so far.

Super clean and tidy, and the shutters look great

The shutters look beautiful, they let in so much light, and there's something strangely satisfying about opening and closing them. We chose a split tilt arrangement for our larger windows, so we can keep the bottom half closed for privacy and just open the top section. I would say they've changed the way we use our rooms.

Very happy with my new shutters which look amazing. A very professional and courteous service all around.
