When deciding to have shutters I invited three companies to visit to measure and present their offer.

Hello Shutters were overall the best of the three which included Hillarys Blinds.

Hello Shutters took the time to get to know what we wanted. They explained their product and helped me to pick the right one for us at the right price.

Overall their product was £1000 cheaper than Hillarys Blinds but was manufactured at the same place and the same quality.

Hello Shutters design means it fits tighter into your window frame keeping out any drafts as well as heat/cold.

The whole team from sales to installation are lovely and so helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

On the 29th July our Hello Shutters were fitted.
Right from the start ie measuring to the fitting the service we received was exemplary.
We were kept informed of the process from the start to the finish.
Both measurer and fitter were very knowledgable and polite. After the fitting our home was left spotlessly clean.
We are delighted and will recommend Hello Shutters to anyone.

The shutters look great, they’re good quality and really complement the house.

The whole process from ordering to installation was easy and straightforward. The installation was efficient, with no mess or disruption.

Would happily recommend Hello Shutters and would definitely use again.

We are extremely pleased with our shutter blinds. The service was excellent from start to finish. Quick response to emails, no pressured sales and knowledgeable staff during measurement visit. The fitter was very efficient and the finish is beautiful.
I even miscalculated the deposit meaning I underpaid initially however, this was not a problem and they were happy for me to add to final balance.
I highly recommend Hello Shutters

Incredible customer service from Hello Shutters. The whole experience of buying was brilliant from start to finish. Robin understood exactly what I was looking for straight away and explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect. Dean fitted the shutters quickly, with no hassle and left everywhere neat and tidy. They look amazing. Lovely service received from start to finish.
The shutters look amazing, from the outside they make your property look really smart, on the inside they make the rooms look so much brighter and bigger than before. The blackout blinds are brilliant also.
Would definitely recommend Hello Shutters to anyone and would use them again.

Quality shutters which were fitted really well. Start to finish Hello Shutters were very professional, excellent communication and service. Thank you, our home is vastly improved!

I dealt with 3 people during my journey with Hello Shutters, Charlie, Will & Dean who all showed courtesy & professionalism. Installation was completed within the time scale that was initially advised. Dean who fitted the blinds was very pleasant and cleaned up after himself too (which is often a novelty these days).
My neighbour messaged me after the installation and said .... Your shutters look Mint! ....High praise indeed.
Excellent company who I'm sure I will be using again down the line.
