This company is a joke. The so called Julia from customer is offering me 20% refund or the address to return at greater cost than the dress. Their website clearly states a returns shipping label will be provided.
The company is certainly not from London !!!

I ordered a medium size dress, took around 2 weeks to arrive so missed all the Xmas parties. The dress has no labels whatsoever (including size or washing instructions) and is huge. Emailed re a return, return address is in China, and cost of return is not covered. Quality is well below par for a £70 dress.

Other items I haven't even tried on, medium sized bra looks like an xs and a jumpsuit which looks like an xl.

What a diabolical and misleading website.
I paid about £35 each for 3 items which took more than 2 weeks to arrive. They sent a cheap version of what I ordered.
I emailed them only to be replied back with a message from ‘Julia’ to send back to get a refund to China or a partial refund. Advising that it will be expensive to return. Who’ would risk sending a parcel back to China anyway!
Please do not order from this company!

Absolutely shocking.
Brought a dress for my daughters 18th birthday party, delivery took so long i had to find an alternative, when it did finally arrive I no longer needed it so didn’t even take the dress out of packaging and requested a return . Now Julia from customer service who seems to be the Only person that got in touch was dismissive, told me it will cost to much to ship back to china £50+
On the back of the package it has a sticker return to Maidstone ?!

Would give zero stars if possible. Portrayed as a UK company; item took more than three weeks to arrive and the quality is appalling. Advised via ‘customer service’ item must be returned to china for refund. Complete scam, given postage would be incredibly expensive. Please avoid.

I ordered a dress from here and it took 2 and half weeks to arrive, tracking the dress was rubbish and the dress itself was nothing like the picture on the website.

I wish I could give 0 stars for this company. I ordered a dress early on in December for my christmas night out. It took over three weeks to arrive. The quality of the dress is awful, looks like something I made myself when I was in sewing class in year 9. I went online to try and return the product and the site says you have to email them to ask for a return, which I did, twice as no one replied the first time. Second reply I received was this "
1 - I got the authorization to issue a partial refund, how much do you think for a partial refund? 2 - For a refund or exchange please return your product to us. We will issue a refund/replacement product once we receive the returned product. Please note that the return shipping cost to China is very expensive."

Can't be bothered with the hassle of getting a partial refund for a crap dress or me paying a fortune to send it back to China and probably never get my money back.

Ridiculous!! Do not purchase from this company.

This is a total scam and warning to check the returns policy and return method on other shops as it seems there is an umbrella of them. They look like American or British companies and are very good and heavy on the advertising, stating constantly, refund or return with in 30 days. They have no proper method in place to return items and will later send you a Chinese address and the cost to return the package is way more than the items worth, which is what they prey on. They then will offer you a laughable some like 5 pounds and tell you to keep the item. The reason for this being, the item you receive is worth pennies to make and is total rubbish. I am sure they will change the brand name soon and also the generic email from “Julia” but be very weary. It’s a clever and gross scam! I am going to try and inform Instagram to hopefully at least inform them of what is going on, if anyone else could do the same that would be great, as this is disgusting behavior and unbelievable they are getting away with robbing people.

The dresses were complete tat. Offered me 30% refund and keep items. Ended up sending back. Awaiting refund. They are called Helnen London which led me to believe they were a UK company, but they are based in China. My advice - stay clear! The quality is shocking.

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Placed order hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas but so far 2 weeks have passed and my order is still in china. No response to emails. UPDATE - I received and email basically saying the goods have been delivered and no offer of a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - BEWARE - AVOID - SCAM

Bought from this company as thougt they were based in London. Had fast delivery but little did I know it was being shipped from China! Took nearly two weeks and when the dress arrived the quality is shocking! I'm so glad I never paid full price for it as trying to get a refund has been painful! They said I'd have to cover the costs of shipping back to China which would be approximately £50 so instead they would let me keep the dress and have a partial refund of 20% despite advertising a 30 day money back guarantee! The same dress is also being advertised on Ruby and Mae who also have a 1 star rating.

Bought 2 dresses, different sizes, and bith came, eventually, as the same size. Awful quality and far to small. Have tried to return both and company ignored my requests until I said I was going to contact my credit card company as they were clearly a scam. They then asked me to send them a video of the issue!! Which I refused, why would they need a video of me in a dress that is far to small and short! Why do they want a video like that anyway! A £60 lesson learnt!! Please, please do not buy from them!!!

Total scam! As others have said it looks like a UK based shop. Shows a shop sign on website. Sure I blame myself for falling for it and wish I’d checked here before buying. Customer service is non existent. AI reply. I am still waiting on the dress after 3 weeks. Will return straight away and hope I get a refund but will assume I won’t. It’s a £35 lesson I’ve learned at 53 years old. Please don’t be like me! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

The site shows a lovely dress but honestly this garment was too small although I ordered a size up, was poor quality with holes where it should have been sewn together, no fastenings on both cuffs and the material was cheep. Do not use this company- was shocked at the quality - very very disappointed

Ordered a dress with shipping entitled ‘fast free shipping’ it’s now 2 weeks later and it hasn’t even left China. If I had known this was basically an expensive version of SHEIN then I wouldn’t have purchased from here however the company name is very misleading and sounds as if it’s based in the UK. Don’t purchase from here, they are scammers. No doubt when the dress arrives it is poor quality and will take me forever to get a refund, if I even get one at all!

Poor customer service, item taking far too long, company refusing to cancel and refund despite emailing them over 10 times. Get an automated response from 'Julie' and do answer my questions. Not a 'London' company at all. Avoid at all costs

This company is a total fraud, the steal content from influencers and send cheap copies of those things. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered and the page states ^money back guarantee^ after ordering i cancelled my order within 24 hours. They did not cancel my order and after 2 days sent an email the order has been despatched. When I said why have you sent it when I cancelled they apologised and said wait for order to arrive, after my order arrived it was the shittiest quality I’ve ever seen. I emailed that it’s here and I wish to return immediately. They asked for a picture which I sent and they said we can give you 30% refund as shipping back to china costs more. How is that my problem? Why did you despatch it in the 1st place, if you did then take responsibility of your actions and take your product back!!! I want a complete refund. If anything you need to send compensation for a total waste of time and FRAUD
