The dress online looks beautiful and gives the impression it’s from a uk store! My dress is currently sat in China somewhere and tbh it is too expensive for that! I love SHEIN but the price reflects fairly where the item is from and shipping times etc! I still don’t have my dress and no response from my emails! Please avoid! I will update when the item arrives however from other reviews my expectations are low! I may even try and refund into credit card!

I ordered a dress… it is far too big… and I don’t like it.. I have asked five times now about how to return and they are being extremely difficult… I am very unhappy.

Clothes look NOTHING like what is advertised. The clothes are unwearable, the quality is awful, just no no no! I ordered through an ad on instagram and I wish I had checked Trust Pilot first!
They are NOT based in London, they are based in China and are refusing to give me a full refund. They have offered me 30% back and said it will cost me £50 to send my clothes back to china, I'm having to try to get my money back through my bank due to this scam. Don't let the pics fool you....... If you want some rags that have been roughly stitched together to resemble some kind of polyester cloak then go ahead. You have been warned.

Cheap clothes from China. Total false advertising. What you see isn’t what you get. Returns to China so not free at all.

Not exactly as advertised but not bad

Ordered the red fish jumper thinking it was from a London designer but ended up being from China. Fit is as described not too small or too large. The quality is definitely cheap but looks as advertised so not that mad. (Got it for 50% off price would not spend more than I did on it)

Again, I am only leaving 1 star so I can review them. I bought a jacket from this company. It is made of the cheapest material I have ever seen. It’s thin and itchy, just awful. Nothing like the photos in their advertising.

I have been fighting for a refund for numerous weeks and I’m still only being offered 30% due to the cost of returning to China. This is not mentioned anywhere.

Please do not order from them, you will lose money! Their products can only be described as cheap tat.

A total rip off. This is a shocking company. The clothes are cheap and nasty. They don’t refund and if you manage to get anything back it is not enough. They are terrible please don’t ever buy anything from them.

I ordered two pair of jeans, size 18. When they arrived they looked good but very small sizing so I couldn’t fasten them.

I tried to return, they said it was expensive to return to china (nowhere on their website did it say the goods were from China), and english lady influencer was advertising these.

There was numerous to-ing and fro-ing over the amount to refund and in the end they only refunded 30% and only got £15 refunded (the order was £65).

Do not use this company, I got totally scammed. I just wish I’d have read the reviews on here before I ordered

Only stating one star so I can comment. I have not purchased due to the Trustpilot reviews here. Thank you for sharing so those of us following can make an informed decision. Hate that you were scammed but really appreciate you took the time to advise others.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. The quality of the product is absolutely abysmal! I purchased what looked like two very nice teddy borg jackets what arrived was exactly the opposite. The material felt like loft insulation. It actual scratched the back of my neck. I went to to look for a refund as per their refund policy. They told me it would cost me £50 to return to China so offered me 30% refund and keep product. I pushed and pushed eventually agreeing on 50%. Which is still terrible, I might add. They have continued to behave in a disgraceful way, refunding bits of the 50%. I am continuing to look for my money and the product is in the bin. It was so bad I would not even use as a blanket for my dog.

SCAM Company as many others have said. Don't go near them. The product I ordered is nothing like the description. Cheap tat. Company is in China. Refund policy is a joke. Will only offer a 30% refund, if I send back to China. They quoted £50 return shipping fee! Jacket cost £31.Absolute joke. Total scammers. I will report to Trading Standards and who ever else to stop these scam sites.

When my order was late in arriving...my package had been delivered to the wrong address, I reached out to customer service and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I was impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Customer service was 10/10.

If I could give a zero I would. Total scam! Never received my order and they totally ignore my emails!

Total scam, I have been mislead as well, trying to get a refund but been offered 30% of my money back, plastic worse quality clothing, DO NOT buy.

I thought it was a London company but not it comes from china. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

What went wrong is that I didn't check the reviews on trust pilot before ordering. The item of clothing I ordered was very poor quality and looked nothing like the ad photo!!!

I too have been scammed by this company. The lambs wool jacket is polyester and spandex and utter cheap rubbish. I was offerred 30% discount and refused..i wouldn't give it to the cat to sleep on. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ILLEGAL SCAMMING COMPANY WHO CLAIMS TO BE IN LONDON BUT IS IN CHINA. I have reported to Google and Police/scammer websites and would encourage others to do the same.
