After deciding between a few different accountants, I landed on Helpbox and I'm so glad I did! They have already been incredibly helpful to me a small business owner

Just signed up with Helpbox last week. The staff are very helpful and professional and very patient in explaining things to me.
Just had a call with Juantelle regarding MTD. She is very professional, explains things clearly and very patient answering my questions.
Highly recommended.

Helpbox is well organized and follow up with details. The prompt response is much appreciated. During the onboarding session, Ryan was very clear to explain the services. While I had so many questions to ask, he was patience and professional to give me all the answers I looked for. It is certainly a good start and I look forward to the prompt support and professionalism of the services ahead.

Doing my self-assessment for the first time felt quite overwhelming, but Emily helped save me a lot of time and effort by patiently guiding me through the process.

When I asked her to highlight what I needed on the checklist after explaining that I am severely dyslexic, she kindly stopped me and offered to go through everything with me over the phone instead, This small act of kindness genuinely made a huge difference.
