We are an international Start-up and were really a bit lost.
Until now it has been an absolutely amazing experience with Helpbox. No matter if it was Ash, Ryan or Naomi. Everybody is kind and helpful and patient with us, who don't necessarily know all the twists and turns of the financial world.
We feel very well looked after and intend to make this a long-term business relationship, where we concentrate on the business and Helpbox guides us around the traps waiting for us.
Absolutely recommend.

I first started using Helpbox 4 months ago, at the beginning of our business everything was smooth, all parties involved were extremely helpful.

We had sent over all of our info, our UTR's, payslips and all other necessary information for tax filling. We were under the impression they were sorting our tax returns to be submitted in due course. Although, after 2 months we were fined by HMRC, i called Helpbox to ask when the returns were going to be finished. I then found out they had not even started them, there was no work done, £600 upfront & £200+ in monthly payments, for absolutely no work.

They said they would "investigate" this, which to no surprise was never followed up on, they then submitted our business return without us approving of it, no signature, no confirmation, just submitting blindly. I called them about this to shockingly, no idea what happened. I asked how the personal returns were going, they said they were being worked on and everything was in order.

The next month i contacted them again about it, after hearing nothing, i was told that they haven't been started and they "don't know what happened". Now, month 4 i have called twice with them promising a "call back" TWICE, with no calls followed up.

This company offers the most unprofessional, unreliable service i have ever seen, no help, a bunch of broken promises, professional negligence, and they're terrible at doing what they say.

There is so much more to say, though i don't want to write a book, they're not worth my time.

I have had some difficulties at first at Helpbox but my saving Grace has been Chloe Cox this young lady totally grasps my buisness’s ins and outs and has turned any problems I’ve had around and done it a really friendly way that has totally made me feel secure with Helpbox looking after my needs as a company director. I highly recommended her as someone to put your trust in.

Having a pro-active accountant is extremely important.

Helpbox UK, well mainly I've dealt with Oliver and his team has been incredible and eye opening too.

Im in process of switching accountants to Helpbox Uk and very happy indeed with the move.
