The tech support from Helpful Downloads is more one-on-one than any other company I've dealt with. Anytime you have problems with the software, you can book a free session and they resolve all issues I've had for almost 5 years now. I highly recommend this company.

The log in and passwords given me…
The log in and passwords given me haven't worked. I've had 2 different ones attempted. I have tried multiple times over multiple days to raise someone on the phone to no avail. There is no online chat option-leaving email communication which is very drawn out. I have asked multiple time to simply give me a refund and that's apparently not an option either even though the website advertises to the contrary. My whole experience has been so poor that if I could leave less than one star I would. In fact, I feel like I'm owed stars.

For starters you need people who are totally aware of the products, and I mean Samsung product. Some of their agents as just superb at whizzing through their products.

First of all, they muscled themselves into a download of word perfect and subsequently issued confusing instructions how to access that did not accomplish the task
