Help Medical Supplies sent the wrong …
Help Medical Supplies sent the wrong item. I didn't open the box because it was much smaller than the cpap mask I ordered and need desperately! I emailed them immediately, explained, offered to return the unopened box if they send me a prepaid label, and asked for a refund. That was 3 business days ago, and I haven't heard a word from them since.

We apologize for the issue. We always accept returns on unopened items, manufactured defects or shipping errors. Please contact us with your order details prepared so we can issue the refund properly and send you the correct item.
Label created but not shipped
A Shipping label was created over a week ago but it looks like the company still hasn't actually shipped my order. They can't blame it on the storm because they are north of the storm and the label was created several days before the storm actually hit FL (company is in NY). Not sure what is going on.

Sorry for the issue. We wouldn't make any excuses for as to why our items aren't shipped on time. We notify customers if an item is out-of-stock, will experience delays due to weather or supplies and provide the new shipping dates.
