I've been using this for chronic achilles tendonitis. It has definitely helped reduce pain and allowed me to continue playing sports. My only complaint is that the containers are small and dont last very long.

I use both the hot and cold gels, hot for shoulder nerve pain (neuropathy) and cold for an ankle injury (12 months post-dislocation). Lost for words at how quick and effective they are and, more importantly how long the pain is eased for. Five hours pain free in both cases for a small topical application - I can’t put a price on how that felt! Thank you Hempe!

As a performance athlete that has suffered with Degenerative Patella Tendinopathy for almost 5 years I reached out to Farard to see if using Hempe Hot Rub could make a difference to an ongoing problem; this was my last resort! I’m happy to say since using both the Hot & Cold products the pain I feel during and post workout has dramatically decreased and I’m now able to train hard and return to exercise with little to no pain almost immediately. I’ve been suffering with dry skin from the cold & terrible excema from using hand sanitizer. As soon as I started using this oil my skin has been great. It’s a really nourishing oil but soaks in fast so doesn’t leave a greasy residue. The smell is divine too.

I have used the majority of the Mother Sage range and can honestly state that my muscle and joint pain has been significantly reduced as a result.
My wife is a big fan of the SOS balm too. Great for dry hands.

Been using the cbd hot on my whole body....iv suffered with Multiple sclerosis for 20years....spasms ....pain...i also compete in disabled strongwomen competitions...since trying the hot a couple of weeks ago iv been mainly using it at night before i sleep on my legs to help with night spasms . Having used a number of ‘muscle rubs’ in the past I kind of knew what I was getting. A short term fix to a long term back problem…how wrong was I! After only 2-3 applications the long term problem has subsided and only occasionally rears back as a dull ache. Since then 1 application a week has really begun to transform normal life.
