No problems placing order or the delivery. However! the Argan oil I ordered arrived in an ordinary plastic bottle without any control over the amount you needed to pour. I tried to tip the bottle slightly so that only a little oil came out but of course it didnt and so my first attempt to try the oil had to be washed off my hands because it was far in excess of what I needed.

I was pleased to find sodium hydroxide at a reasonable price, and charcoal powder (which I use for brushing my teeth).
However, I was disappointed with the quality of the coconut oil. It also came wrapped in polythene, rather than in a tub: I imagine that this comes in a tub when the weather is warm, so why not all year round?

I have ordered from The Soapery a number of times. I've always found their products to be high quality, and packaged well for delivery. Their prices (I think) are fair for the quality and range of products offered.
Their website gives detailed information about every product - its properties and uses, but also how and where it is sourced from.
The blog section also offers recipes, tips and guides to making your own. Super helpful, and I've been making my own lip balm, hand cream/body butter treatments, and even soap for a few years now.
