Hercules Gazebo® UK Opiniões

Fantastic service and a very quick delivery

Absolutely brilliant service. Great people. Excellent quality

Very good material on cover and sides

Our gazebo arrived very quickly, although it was in 2 packages, one each day. All in great condition. I already know how easy these are to put up, as I’ve had experience using them at a market stall in my home town. Excellent value and I am really impressed with the sturdiness of these gazebos. Looking forward to a few BBQ’s in the summer.

Really good Value for the quality. Quick delivery too. Great communication. Highly recommend. Looking forward to using it for maybe events and not worrying about blowing away.

Good and helpful service. Couldn't find what we needed but after 1 email was quickly given link to what was needed. Quicker delivery time. All in all was quick and efficient.

Excellent service and very prompt delivery

Bought a gazebo from them in August last year. Used it for the first time last weekend, May bank holiday, and it broke when setting it up.
The frame broke in 5 places, all at the joins in the crossmembers.
I sent photos and they admitted it was a manufacturers defect, as the damage was all at the same points in the frame.
They offered me a new frame which I initially accepted, then I refused as I was concerned the same thing would happen.
I also informed them the roof was damaged when the frame collapsed.
They then told me the roof had been damaged from the frame blowing over, which wasn't true, and they refused liability after accepting liability.
This tells you everything you need to know about this company.
Don't buy from them.
Their guarantee isn't worth a penny.
I'm now going to have to go through the small claims court.

The service was amazing. I wanted a dark grey roof cover for my gazebo ir was out of stock online, I phoned them. They found one in their warehouse. It delivered the next day.. absolutely amazing service…

I was really pleased with the next day delivery as well as the quality of the roof canopy. No complains. Well done

Very helpful and knowledgable. We recieved our new roof as per instruction

Shipped quickly & efficiently. This is my second gazebo from hercules, the first is still going strong after 4 years of cornish wind, i just wanted the option of a slightly lighter one as well.

This is our third gazebo from Hercules
They are well made, strong and stand up very well to winds.
We use these for fundraising events for a dog rescue. When set up in a field, we never worry about the gazebos being damaged by winds, even when others around us are flapping around. Even with sides attached to ours.
Really recommend these.

Very easy transaction. Good product. Great offer price and free delivery

Quick delivery, easy to order.
Very sturdy.
Comes with two cases.
And one on wheels.

Perfect thank you

Called them as I couldn't find what I wanted online and they had stock and added to the website. I've had my gazebo for 3 years now and it's the best one I've ever had.

I had an amazing experience at Hercules Gazebo.
100% recommended .

Customer service really good in helping me get the right replacement parts.
Gazebo is really well made.
If I could improve 1 thing it would be chunkier zips but for the price these are excellent value for money.

excellent service
