Für mich klar eine Abofalle. Aber Emerald vom Eskalationsteam konnte helfen. Hoffe, es klappt nun alles und ich höre nie wieder etwas von dieser Firma!!!

Es wurde ein Produkt angeboten, dafür jedoch ein kostspieliges Abo geliefert. Abwicklung Rücküberweisung steht noch aus.

The situation was dealt with promptly albeit I would have liked my purchase but it was efficient and within a timely manner . The website said £9.99 and the actual cost was £28 which is false advertising. Personally I'm really disappointed with the lie and I hope no one else gets caught up in this scam.. they then make you fill in a review BEFORE they deal with your request which feels like a gun to your head and when you get the refund it's less then what you paid by penny's but that's not the point.. don't be mislead as it categorically says cost £9.99 with zero shipping fee then they add all the extra on which would have gone out of my account had it not been purchased just before pay day. In all the company shouldn't be able to be so decentful .

My experience with Here4Fashion has been mixed.

I initially encountered an issue regarding subscription charges and refund requests. The process took longer than I expected, and I had to contact customer support several times before my case received proper attention.

After my complaint was escalated to the Escalation Team, Kenny reviewed my case, explained the situation, and worked on resolving it. The team communicated with me, processed part of the refunds, and continued reviewing the remaining compensation.

Although the process was frustrating and required repeated follow-ups, I appreciate that they eventually investigated my case and made efforts to resolve it. I hope they continue improving their customer support and refund process so future customers can have a smoother experience

There was on-line/internet issue which resulted in a payment mix up.
Eugene promptly contacted me, with the reassurance that Here4fashion shall be compensating me, and they shall be crediting my funds back into my bank account.
