Hereu shipped the sandals I ordered and, when it turned out that they were too large, I returned the sandals unused and ordered a new pair in the correct size. Everything was easy, professional, and exemplary!

Beautiful stuff and fantastic customer service.
I ordered a pair of boots and they arrived on time and in perfect conditions. I also found some surprises in the box that made the experience so much more enjoyable.
I also requested information on how to keep the leather in good shape and I got very useful feedback from the CS team.

Refund service is the worst
Refund service is the worst, with buyer to pay for return shipping and taxes. All other e-commerce site offer free returns and duties / taxes are built in to the price. If i buy a Hereu product again, i will not buy directly from you. The cost is the same to buy from another retailer and the service is much better.
