Absolutely brilliant customer services had to return an item and was given a full refund including postage with no fuss at all within a couple of days which I find exceptional and would not hesitate to use again

Expectations exceeded

The item is lovely
The item is lovely. But it couldn’t be handed over as a gift. I e already emailed the comps but they never got back. I went into detail about pa magi for etc that let them down. Hopefully they will get in touch.
