Most unprofessional sportsbook I have ever used.
This sportbook should be rated as one of the worst for a couple reasons. First they misgrade bets multiple times a week, which is unbelievable. I've never had another sportsbook misgrade multiple bets ever, much less every week.
Second, when you do a chat with them they act about as unprofessional as it gets. Every other sportsbook act very professionally on chats. These guys are condescending, and flat out rude. They put no effort into helping you, and if you ask to speak to a supervisor, they claim they are the supervisor and wont transfer you to anyone else. Last person trying to pretend he was a supervisor, went by the fake name of "Gabe".
BetOnline,Bookmaker, Bovada, BetAnything, Everygame, and many others are a million times better than Heritage. Save yourself the headache and dont use these guys.
