I had a broken/leaking conservatory roof initially Richard gave me a very fair quote for the job.I am very happy that I went withHeritage Home Improvements.
I have used them for several internal and external jobs. Richard and his team are amazing Builders, their workmanship was great. Clean, tidy and respectful of ones property! Impressive job. I shall be using them again. I’m so happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for the great service

5 star treatment without the price tag to match.
Full roof replacement and fascias soffits guttering etc.
Guys who worked on it polite friendly and very helpful answering any questions we had and putting right any little issues we picked up on (hardly any).
The guys are a real credit to themselves as well as the company.
Roof looks good everything left a tidy as they possibly could.
One little job to be completed once scaffolding removed as impossible to do while scaffolding is up but no hesitation that everything will be done to the same high standard and the guys explained it to us and look forward to seeing them again.
Would I recommend Heritage Home Improvements yes yes and yes again fantastic experience from beginning to end.

Absolutely brilliant workmanship, could not fault the service from start to finish. Simon quoted, Stuart paid us a visit to sign contract.. Daz and Russ completed the work.. Daz is a perfectionist so you know it’s going to be of a high standard.
We were so impressed with one roof that we contracted them to the second.
I can honestly say they were a pleasure to have working on our property and we look forward to the next project with them.

A first class experience from start to finish.Starting with the no nonsense quote from Simon.The surveyor Stuart then visited and explained in detail the work to be undertaken.The tradesmen were immpecable in their work and manner.All materials used were of the highest quality.All work completed on time.A superb company and we are so happy we found them.

I had the rendering of a wall done in November, the work all looked fine, however over the Christmas period it appeared to be slightly cracking in places by the end of January it was flaking off, after the cold weather had passed i contacted Heritage in May and was told the Directors would be informed and a decision would be made and they would reply, 3 months and several emails later and I still get the standard reply, The information has been forwarded to the Directors. I would suggest anyone who wants any work doing to go to another company such as one who knows how to use a phone to contact you.
Maybe after this review someone from Heritage May just see it and reply to me.

Heritage removed my garage asbestos roof and replaced it with a good quality rubber covering. All work was carried out to a good standard. The men were friendly, polite, hard working and professional. It was all completed in a matter of days from the initial survey to the asbestos being collected at the end. This is the second time I have used Heritage Home Improvements and, apart from some small issues (quickly sorted) with size of materials ordered, I'm very pleased with the workmanship.

A competitive quote from Heritage was accepted for replacement uPVC fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes. A surveyor visited and scaffolding erected within the week. The work was undertaken by two very competent, hard-working and friendly fitters. An excellent job - finished in good time and all mess cleared away efficiently.

Great service from Heritage; following loss of a ridge tile during a recent storm, we decided to replace all the ridge tiles on the roof with dry-verge fix system.

Finding a reputable company or contractor can be challenging and we'd had had a poor experience with 'roofers' before, so we organised several quotes (we had about 4 in the end) and although Heritage were not the cheapest, they seemed to be the most professional. Simon came to visit just after the New Year return to work to discuss the job and quoted. Once we agreed, the job was booked in. The following day, the surveyor came out and ordered the materials and scaffolding, which were all arranged for the following week. We were pleased with the whole process and whilst a little more than perhaps a sole-trader roofer, the quotes we had were not a million miles away from each other, so they're fairly competitive.

As expected, the scaffolding was erected on time and the roofers arrived first thing on the Monday to start the job. Despite a slight hiccup in materials ordering, with a couple of tiles short (the order didn't allow the 5% standard breakages margin), they sorted it out by going to fetch the missing 2 and were done before lunchtime.

The finished result is now a neat, tidy and worry-free roofline.

My only (slight) criticism would be the the overall cost, as they were complete in less than half a day. 2 roofers, so that's one man-day of work. Saying that, the guys were great, didn't mess about upon arrival and cracked on immediately and left no mess (all waste was put into their supplied Hippo bag). Even Stuart was surprised how quick they completed.

We are now just waiting for the waste to be collected by Hippo and the scaffolding to be removed (which Stuart has now started to arrange). I like the way that there is no messing about, or unnecessary, drawn out processes; everything was arranged more or less there and then, so we knew what to expect.

In conclusion, the million dollar question is: Would I use Heritage again, or recommend them? Yes, I would.

They came out to our home to put sealant on our driveway and now it is coming up all over the place. I have tried several times to contact them to no avail. Very frustrated and angry,

Heritage home improvements from Telford took me for a mug I had a quote for £8000 for a new warm roof on my conservatory I'm a disabled and vulnerable bloke and my daughter helped pay towards it and she had to get the trading standards involved because i was to upset with what as happened and only 1 person turned up so I had to help Darren who was a nice bloke I had to carry materials from the front of my house to the back and help lift on to the roof it was a poor job not cut beams properly not enough screws in beams just one at the top and one at the bottom but the issue of have with them a plasterer called Macca came out and plaster the ceiling but the plaster boards don't join together and ive got badly plastered joints and the hole was drilled to big for the lights to fit into plus after a week the buld had blown on a sealed unit I rang them to say I was unhappy with the plastering and lightning and they said they couldn't do much for me because I had painted the ceiling and they said I must of messed with the wiring for the buld to blow they sent a electrical person out (Arron) who said don't use the electric because something was wrong so I have wait for Russell Taylor to come out and he said the wire wasn't in properly and he fixed it and said this is not up to our standard of work and he would get someone back to fix it by this time its the end of May beginning of June but every time I asked when someone was coming they kept saying they couldn't find a plasterer and the lights I mentioned was not the ones I picked because I didn't have a choice this as been going on and on so ive had to put it in the hands of trading standards they got fed up with me ringing them to ask why I'm not having my ceiling and lights done they said only email them so I did but I got no reply and when they did reply back it was to get a plasterer yourself and they would pay up to £250 with no plasterer would do it for so that was checky for the communication was terrible they kept coming up with excuses after excuses the electrician who did the work was in and out in 10 minutes for wiring 8 spot lights so I'm not happy with this work I hope trading standards can get better results from them than what I have had from them a very poor company who have robbed me of £8000 cash and they even had the cheek to ask for the remaining money before it was finished but they promised me and I fell for it I have left 1 star but they don't deserve that very poor workmanship and customer service and very rude I wouldn't recommend thus company to anyone plus they wouldn't sign the paperwork for the work done nor the electrical work done by a bloke they paid but don't work for them and I asked for the EIC paperwork he said its not my company doing it its Heritage so contact them and I did and they said I didn't need one ? 28/10/22 Up date they will only talk to my daughter and not me because they said I was annoying them by asking for my ceiling and lights to be replaced properly how pathetic they have to go through my daughter who is 25 years of age and won't deal with me all you get from this company is excuse after excuse please do not use this company a up date I still have not had my ceiling put right from the mess Macca did trading standards have warned them but they keep saying some one is coming to replaster it but it's now the 16th of January 2023 and still nothing no plastering done or new lights that have blown because they were second hand so again please do not use this company they are cowboys who take your money and don't finish off the job that's Russell and Stuart of Heritage home improvements - Hi as you can see Heritage have replied yes I had cash and they excepted but I was asked to pay the remaining of my balance before the plastering and lights were fitted plus when I rang the company I was spoken to unfairly and was told not to ring them again and to put it in a email which I didn't get a response so my Daughter took over and she did all my emails me which I was grateful for and someone lied about saying the first plasterer had come back and said they couldn't do anything more but I have cctv to prove no one came back to see me and the piece of paper Russell showed me didn't look genuine because when he kept asking the young guy James what to do because he as only passed his electricians test in December so I know what as gone on and seen for my own eyes what this company did but now its been put right eventually 10 months from start to finish Daz came back and finished off and hopefully I don't have to see them again but as I said earlier this might off been a one off but I thought they would of finished it sooner than later but that was down to the management side of the company plus you say you fitted the light switch for free but I don't know why you mentioned it if I was running the company I would of bent over backwards to say sorry for the delay and we messed up ps I didn't pay after the job was finished 17th I paid

Poor workmanship. Poor customer service. Had to resolve through ombudsman and get the building regs signed off by council myself. I was glad I moved house in the end as the problem with soundproofing and draught was never resolved properly. Many excuses given to wriggle out of responsibility, they didn't renew their industry guarantee with CERTASS so I was left without one. It all took over a year to get any resolution. Just bad. Bad, bad, bad. I advise against using this company.

Efit-, Their response below states they're not the same company and did no work for me. They are. The branding is exactly the same, the logo is exactly the same. The only difference is the office location now. Heritage Plastics has conveniently disappeared now, but this is the same company, the branch in Wolves of which contacts me frequently by phone, under the guise of "Prestige Home Improvements" saying that they did work for me and want to know if they can do any more! They turn deny on here that they did any. Avoid.

I asked Heritage Home improvements for a quote on my flat roof which Andy from the company came out and showed me,through the photos he had taken, it was in a very bad state.He went through the different options with me ,and I decided on a tiresome rubberised roof.Due to the state of the old,Andy arranged for Stuart the Heritage Surveyor to attend that same week,and I only had to wait a week for a Tyrestone Rubberized Roof with a 50 year warranty to be fitted.
All the people I met from this company,including who I have mentioned plus the 2 workmen who installed the roof were very courteous,very helpful,very patient and thoroughly professional.Andy and I agreed for him to put sign for Heritage ,but I guess through the speed of the job,this never happened.So as a way of saying thanks,and to advertise your excellent company I wrote this review.Thanks Heritage Home improvements.
