I finally ordered on the the authentic quality bags, I am so particular with details (stitching, leather, proportions, etc.) and I am absolutely blown away. I've bought a total of 4 bags for myself and 2 for a friend. The leather TYPES (Togo, Clemence, Epsom, Box calf) are all true to original and they offer hand-stitching as an add on. It is indistinguishable from OG and is very value for money. Would highly recommend :)

I am writing after my fifth bag purchase and third wallet purchase. I’ll start with the wallets. I purchased two compact Constance wallets in Epsom leather (gold and black) and one Dogon in Clemence leather (Etope). They are all impeccable and indistinguishable from what we call “real” Hermes. Personally, I realize everything is a copy so I’m not hung up on that concept nor do I want to play the Hermes scarcity game. To me, the bags are classic works of art. They are beautiful with unmatched craftsmanship whether sewn in France or anywhere in the world.

My every day bag is the Evelyne PM. I’ve worn it with love for the past 4-5 years without any questions of its quality or value. I’ve only receive compliments.

The Birkins are of equal quality and I have the 35 cm in black (palladium), gold (gold), and Étoupe (x2) (palladium). Each are 1:1 Clemence. Once again, indistinguishable from the “originals”. The bags are heavy but I believe it speaks to the quality and authenticity.
I will purchase again without hesitation.

I just received my third bag from Hermes Sale, and it won’t be my last. They do gorgeous work, especially with their authentic quality bags - they are fantastic. Tracy who leads their customer service is wonderful. She went above and beyond on my custom orders, and is always so delightful. If only every retail experience could be this good!

Like other reviewers, I was hesitant to wire money, but this a legitimate seller. I used Wise.com to transfer the money, and it all went well enough, after I had to go back and approve the transaction a second time. Be advised that you will have to provide your social security number to avoid fraud. Not my favorite thing to do, but I monitor my credit and have had no issues. Now..on to the bags. I ordered a 35 Authentic Etoupe original Clemence with half hand stitching and 35 1:1 gold Clemence with machine stitching. They are both lovely bags, but I would spring for the authentic quality with hand stitching. The leather looks and feels much nicer and could pass for the real thing. On my 1:1 bag, some of the stitching is not aligned and it has made me not want to use it. This is on me, as they do send you pictures and I must not have looked closely enough. I will give it to my 20 something daughter. Tracy is wonderful to work with and made everything easy.

I purchased a second Birkin bag in January’2025, and I can’t say enough how easy and how helpful to work with the staff Tracy! The quality of the Birkin bag is so good that I bought another one in two weeks! Love it!

Like other reviewers I was nervous about wiring funds through an app but all of the other positive reviews on this site and elsewhere on the internet made me feel better. I had the same great experience as others. Tracy provided instructions and answered all my questions. I received photos and the bag arrived via fedex in ten days. It is absolutely gorgeous. I recently bought a bag from them, and I am very happy with my purchase. It came well wrapped and designed perfectly, matching what they had advertised. I highly recommend.

I was very apprehensive about purchasing a bag from this site, especially with the wiring of the funds and then waiting for the bag to be made but after reading all these reviews I decided to take a chance. I ordered a Kelly mini under the authentic more expensive ones with full hand stitching and all I can say is wow! I anxiously waited 21 days for it to be completed and it was so worth the wait. Tracy sent photos of the bag upon completion and then 5 days later I received it via FedEx and it is just incredible. I only purchase authentic bags typically but don’t have the patience to wait on a waiting list and jump through hoops.. I was so impressed I just ordered the pochette and a larger Kelly bag..I can’t wait to receive them! I can’t vouch for the less expensive bags on the site, but under their authentic line you really can’t tell the difference. The quality is excellent.

I recently ordered two Evelyne PMs, one in Gris Meyer and one in chocolate. Both original clemence leather with half hand stitching and palladium hardware.
I first ordered the Gris Meyer one and after seeing how perfect it was, I ordered the chocolate one.
I have an original Evelyne pm in Beton. But I was not able to get the Gris Meyer one at Hermes or at least not without considerable waiting time.
So I turned to Tracy and her team for the fifth and sixth time.
But this was my first order of bags.
As usual, Tracy was extremely helpful with picking colors, sending photos answering questions, etc., etc.
Payment process via Wise was without any problems as usual. They charge a minor fee built in the exchange rate.
Service is outstanding. All my questions were answered promptly and honestly.
I received the regular pre-shipping photos. Lots of them, also close ups, and from every angle.
Shipping went well, two weeks for manufacturing and about ten days for shipping. Once the bag hit Germany, I was able to track it.
Both bags are simply perfect.
So are the dust bags.
In one case the cartonage was damaged, in the other case in perfect condition.
I sat down with my friend over coffee and we examined every centimeter in comparison to the original Hermes Evelyne… we could not tell the difference.
Workmanship is stunning!! Stitching is superb.
So is the quality of the leather. The Clemence leather absolutely equals the original. It smells and feels incredible and it’s just as thick as the regular one.
There is a slight difference between the touch of the leather, which comes from the dying process. Every color has a different impact on the leather. Also, this is completely identical to Hermes!
The only tiny difference to the original Evelyne we have been able to spot is that the hardware hook of the strap is a bit more lightweight than the original. But this is something you really only feel when you have two bags in your hands at the same time and you undertake a very critical comparison. It’s something you would never spot otherwise and it’s not visible.
One of the bags, the chocolate one, just made a trip to Venice immediately after its arrival.
We were with a traveling group and several other Hermes Evelynes joined the trip with their female owners. I received lots of compliments for my beautiful bag. One lady asked me : “how you were you able to get this classic color?“. I just smiled and said “you always have to take what you get at Hermes”.
I would not hesitate to enter any Hermes boutique with this bag.
So, as a conclusion, full five stars again to Tracy and her team for outstanding quality and greatest service.
